Both my son and I played the heck out of this game. We give it 4 out of 5 stars. That might be a bit generous. While the map is big the racing itself is subpar, not really anything different than NFS: Rivals. The cops don't even chase you unless you smash into them. The cars themselves don't really feel different from one another. The cockpit views leave a lot to be desired. The plus is that the map is huge, but even then a better job could have been done creating the different cities.

I have had this game since launch, I really enjoy the heck out of this game, I don't understand the "hate" that it seems to be getting from people. Anyway the thing that I didn't like about this game was the fact that the cars that I got a a bonu for pre-ordering, aren't upgradable past STREET (I believe)! But, to me,the replay value is off the chain!! So far, I have stayed loyal to one car, the Challlenger, and upgrading as necessary. I did manage to get to Level 50 before completing the "Mounain State Missions", and I ound all of the "Junk Car Parts" to assemble the Mystery Cars. I have Platinum Parts on my cars and manage to complete a few misions and achieve Platinum status on them! I would like some Crew Friends to complete some missions with!
