"I've seen plenty of guys get pissed in-person while playing actual sports on courts or fields and they never use the kind of language gamers use when something doesn't go their way."
So something wasn't going his way which made him throw out a racial slur to get someone's attention...as I mentioned? Thanks for supporting my point. And even if he wasn't mad for having to get his spotter's attention, my point still stands that I hear that kind of language all the time from whining video game players while never running into it once playing real sports. It's disgusting.
"The community is horrendous and filled with people who quit like children with fragile egos and/or ones who throw out the most hate-filled speech I've ever encountered."
So another NASCAR driver didn't rage quit within the last couple of weeks because his childishly fragile ego couldn't handle the experience? And Larson didn't use hate-filled speech in this specific instance mentioned in the article?
It seems I didn't have to try at all to generalize anything to fit my view. The actions that played out did it for me. I really don't understand the point you were trying to make unless you somehow misunderstood what I said. It seems odd that you'd quote me in an attempt to defend a racist or terrible gaming community based on factual evidence, but to each his own I guess.
