On the Sony forums some are saying the Players Met feature works now. I've
never noticed this myself TBH. I guess this is similar to XBL where you have the last 100 people you met online or something like that. Like EG said Untold Legends online issues have been fixed.

I updated mine last night after watching Kingdom of Heaven, it appears that they fixed some of the online component in games and their network.

BTW, the Blu Ray movies are just awesome. So far I have seen MI3 and Kingdom of Heaven, and just can't believe how beautiful and the details in these movies. If I had an extra $500 right now, I would crack open 1 of the 20gb's I have to place on the family TV so we can start watching BR movies. The PS3 is in my office/game room and I won't be moving it from there. Now I see what Scott has been saying about these movies looking so good on here. I've seen HD-DVD and that looks good too, but I think that Sony has more studios under their BluRay format correct? They have Disney also, which is a big deal.

Hey candy man are u watching the movies on 1080i?? Im watching mine on 1080i and i was not too impressed with taladenga nights. I guess im going to buy a different movie to see how it looks..

I'm watching them 1080i. Taladenga nights is a very bad BR conversion, get MI3 or Kingdom of Heaven, you will be utterly impressed.

I asked a few friends if they wanted it, but nobody does, so I'll be taking it back to Best Buy later today. I actually had a guy screw me over the other night on ebay with the PS3 I had listed. Now I need ebay to intervene to pull the negative feedback he left me and to refund me my fees. He bid on it and won the auction, only to leave me negative feedback.......I DON'T WANT IT. He did this to 5 other people on there last night. How great.

So let me get this straight. I have a 1080i HDTV. Will the games be in 1080i now with the firmware releases? I sold the 20 gig I had and I have a 60 gig left. I was going to sell it but if I can get 1080i resolution for games then I'll keep it.

LOL, that's what's happening to a lot of people selling PS3's right now.

Yeah, even Craig's List is getting bad. Scammers are emailing people off of Craig's, that happened to a guy I work with when he listed his PS3 on there.

It's no surprise as it happened to me. I'm now glad I kept mine. There's no way in hell I will ever buy a launch unit to resell. Hopefully others will see what happened to the PS3 launch and say it's not worth the hassle either.

It's funny cause the 360 lasted much longer to go down in pricing on ebay. Ps3 went down real fast..

LOL im sorry but thats real bad. I would have been pissed!!. To be honest ebay will not remove it. I think i had a problem like that before and they said they couldnt remove it even though it was not my fault, but hey u never know..

If your TV DOES NOT ACCEPT a 720P signal, unless the games are developed specifically in 1080I, you PS3 will down-convert the games to 480P. Sorry LB
