Is it worth the 100 bucks for the 80 gig one? I'm not sure if the BC is worth it, and dunno if the extra space really matters, I have half the space on my 20 gb 360 drive open still (and I'd clear up more if I ever deleted some Oblivion saves, I have like 3 gb of those LOL)

Do I get more free movies going to any one store over another? I know I can somehow get like 5 BluRay movies in the mail, but didn't know if there's anything else.

I'll check this later, gotta go do Christmas stuff with the fam

If you don't care about BC, I'd go with the 40. It is also missing 2 USB ports, but that's the only other thing missing. It has built in wi-fi, and the rest of the stuff.

The Wal-Marts in my area have had the PS3 version of The Show marked down to $39.99 for some time now. That would probably be less than GameStop's used price.

Cool...I could buy a USB hub or something really cheap if I noticed an issue, and I don't think I care about the BC...Indigo Prophecy is the only game I've played on Xbox 360 using BC....It's something that sounds cooler than it actually is. I'll save the cash, no real point otherwise.

i'm now a PS3 owner, the console i'd never buy. Picked up Drake used along with MLB The Show used, it was $34.99 plus 10% Off with my edge card at Gamestop. I got mine at best buy and it comes with the 5 free blu-ray movies rebate to mail in. also got the 2 year replacement warranty for an extra $60, didn't really want to pay for that. stopped at sam's club and got an hdmi cable for $20. oh, it comes with spiderman 3, which i've never seen.

Hope you enjoy it. You should at least rent Ratchet and Clank as well, it's real fun.

i've been back a couple hours and am just setting it up. downloading the update. I swear I can't even tell the thing is on. huge difference from my 360 that sounds like it's going to take off.

I will...lol. After one game of The Show, having never played the series, I can tell it will be my only baseball game purchase this year.

On another not, i've having issues with the network settings. I keep getting a DNS error. I downloaded the new updates with no problem but when I try to download The Show update, it stops after like 5% and I get a network error. I've tried a wired and wireless connection and i'm still having issues.

Is there anyway to have custom wallpaper like the 360? I also hate how my tv keeps switching between 720p and 1080i.

First impressions, i'm impressed. Gonna give Uncharted a run in a bit. The Show, I see what the gushing is about.

R&C is amazing. The only problem is that its short and very simplistic, at least I thought.
