I still love my LG crt HDTV. O love my 50" sony. but my 30" LG CRT HDTV still looks great..

I'm not knocking any CRT at all... I'm just saying everything pops like crazy on the LCD. Been around them before but holy geez.... This thing beats any CRT I've ever seen.

Newer TVs have newer technology, which, I suspect would be part of it. I have looked at every TV known to man, but my SXRD is hard to beat.

BTW, when in Home coming out?

I just got a 32'' lcd and i have to say its a huge jump in quality from my 30'' crt hdtv. Colors are more vibrant and graphics look much sharper. Simply amazing really.

Since I have an SDTV, and I wanted to play in HD with my ps3 on my moniter, what cables would I need to do so? I've been looking on ebay and amazon, but I'm not sure what cables would do the job.

A link or any help is appreciated.

I'm not saying your knocking CRT, I'm just saying some CRT's look better then some LCD or Plasma set's, no joke.

My Sony 34XBR960 with professional calibration still has the best picture I've ever seen for any HDTV. And I've seen a ton.

I always believed CRT was better. But after seeing how much space I save and how much lighter my TV is now... wow. Plus the image quality is pretty damn impressive.

I wanted the XBR3 LCD series but they are ridiculously over-priced at any size above 40".

That being said, my TV is like they made the insides with concrete then laid bricks inside the TV. I think it weighs 305lbs

I need to call a moving company if I want to re-arrange my family room.

I have a XBR2. The 3's & 4's are pretty similar, except they added the XMB and more interchangable bezels.

Wiki says Spring 2008. I had heard that, but nothing about it has come out in a long time.

I think they realized that taking a bit more time is better than pushing out a substandard Home and getting killed for it online. Sony's got enough battles, they don't need a disappointing Home to add on to them.

I'm not sure this is true of the 40gb PS3. In fact, I seem to remember reading an article about the 40gb model that said you could transfer songs from flash drives to the PS3 but you could no longer transfer music from an iPod.

I thought I had done everything I needed to do to configure the iPod as a hard drive (configured it that way in iTunes). In fact, Windows Explorer sees it as a removable hard drive & I am able to transfer files & folders to and from it on my PC. But it locks up my PS3 every time I try to connect it.
