Kevin I played the mini-golf game. It was fun, but having a hard time convincing myself that its worth $10.

And am I the only one going to pass on Tecmo Bowl Throwback? Game coming out now, is really bad timing. NCAA demo is 2 weeks away, Danger Joe is next week along with Tiger Woods, and I'm still playing the Show and madly addicted to Modnation Racers.

I got it and love it so far. It's classic Tecmo. If you liked it before, you will probably like it now. It's only 10 bucks too. I have to play with the new graphics though. The 2d if awful.

I'll post this here too for you guys who were on the fence:

Downloaded this on PS3 today, and WOW is this game just awesome and a hell of a lot of fun. The CPU AI actually knows what it's doing, and the game plays a good game of ball while still rooting itself in arcade.

I just started my Casual Season (so I can play multiple), and what a blast this is. For all you PS3 guys on the fence, spend the $10 and buy this immediately.

Oh, and online is not nearly as bad as people make it out to be. Is it a little laggy? Yes. But after a couple plays you get used to it and it's very serviceable. It's not as smooth as offline, but it still doesn't ruin the fun.

In a lot of ways, Joe Danger feels like it was made by Nintendo: it will constantly surprise and delight you, in the way the best first-party Nintendo games do. It's got bright, cartoon visuals, and the level design encourages return visits to look for all the hidden stars and coins. However, it wasn't made by a giant corporation with 30 years experience making games -- it was made by just four dudes, and this is their first project together. These four guys have made one of the most polished, full-featured, and downright fun games available on the PlayStation 3. It's obvious they learned a lot from Nintendo by playing Excitebike as kids. Joe Danger is a joy ride.

I am becoming addicted to the Planet Mini-Golf demo. I'd be all over this game if it was say $5, but $10 with Tiger Woods around the corner....hard to make that purchase.

Also..wish there was a demo to Tecmo Bowl Throwback...again, don't wanna spend $10 on a d/l game that will get lost in the shuffle of other games, ala Hustle Kings.

Wired will almost always be faster. My wireless connection is always around 100% so I stick with wireless.

Planet Mini Golf is a big disappointment for me.

The controls aren't great, there are bugs were you can't see objects in front of you because they go transparent then you put right into it and some of the layouts of the courses are stupid. One hole has an overhanging cart that you have to chip into via a ramp. If you don't get it perfect it goes straight out of bounds. Too many of these moments ruin the game.
