That's from the PS Blog. Could mean that it fixes the issue some people have had with Uncharted, but I would think they'd be less vague if that were the case.

Eric Lempel responded to one of the first comments on that blog confirming that the Uncharted issues were fixed in this update.

HF did you see the HVB dynamic theme? I like that one. And if you notice the clock they have in the corner with the bowling pins actually works. I Dl'ed this yesterday.
