Look man, Sony is a backwards company in many areas so I wouldn't be surprised to ever see them be vague as usual

Why does Sony insist on putting out these cryptic updates? And why does this relatively minor update get a major firmware update number 2.80? Doesn't make any sense to me.
Personally, these cryptic updates I believe are done to try and stop those modders out there........I think that Sony's philosophy is that if we brick a few modded systems that they have won.

Look at all the PSP updates that Sony continues to release month after month. Most of the smaller ones are done to stop exploits that were found in the firmware.

There had been a lot of vague update descriptions for the PSP, but everyone knew it that it was a patch to deter hacks/exploits on the system. This could be one for the PS3. Who knows?

Gotta question about the PS1 Classics (I think that's what they are called) that you can download and play on PS3 and PSP.

I currently have a PSP but not a PS3. I want to buy Metal Gear Solid for the PSP. Can I just log into the PSP store from my CPU, buy and download the game there and then drag the file from my CPU to my PSP's memory stick?

I saw that there's a demo on the PS Store, so I'm checking it out.

                Introducing Hustle Kings for PSN

Hello all! My name is Aaron Orsak, and I’m the US Producer of Hustle Kings coming this winter exclusively to PSN and the PLAYSTATION 3. As my esteemed colleague at SCEE illustrates, Hustle Kings is without a doubt the most realistic and, frankly, impressive billiards game I’ve ever played. As an avid pool player myself, from 8-ball leagues to smoky snooker halls in the UK, I’ve just gotten used to billiard video games always “missing something”…that “something” is hard to quantify.

But I can honestly say that Hustle Kings gets it completely right! I wasn’t yet assigned to the project when a couple of my colleagues and I got our hands on it here around the office. I was initially quite skeptical given my history of video billiard disappointments, thinking it was going to be just another pool game, but after hitting a few shots I was sold. The amount of ball control is simply astounding, giving the player any and every shot option in the book…from masse shots to subtle swerves and tricky English, you can do anything to the cue ball in Hustle Kings that you can do around a real table. So the realism was there, but how would the game fare for a more casual gamer? Turns out everyone around the office, from the hardcore to the weekend warrior, to people I’ve rarely seen play games, found something to absolutely love about Hustle Kings.

I’ll save elaboration on all the game modes and technical ins and outs now. I can assure you there’s A TON of stuff in Hustle Kings that we’ll be announcing in the next few months. In the meantime, please visit our game details page, and check out the what the PlayStation.Blog.Europe has to say about it. And continue checking back here on the PlayStation Blog for the latest updates on Hustle Kings.

LOL. I've always wondered who or what Flawless is, and I'm leaning more towards machine than man at this point.

PS3 Fallout 3 DLC is nearly done

Bethesda has told Eurogamer that "finishing touches" are being made to Operation: Anchorage on PS3, but offered no firm release date for the Fallout 3 content. We had been prepared for a late June launch.
Bethesda reckons the other Fallout 3 add-ons will follow Operation: Anchorage in intervals of around a month to six weeks. They will cost a similar amount to the PC and Xbox 360 versions, which charge 800 Microsoft Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60).
