Download it, but once you get a certain length, you can start watching it. Last movie I watched, it took about 30 mins till I could start watching.

Will they ever have movies released on the marketplace to coincide with the dvd release? 300 made me wonder about this. I know its coming to the marketplace but I couldn't wait and bought the dvd.

I just said a few posts up that TMNT came out on the Marketplace on Tuesday, same day it hit DVD shelves.

Is that for HD of standard definition? I was able to watch a standard definition movie nearly as soon as the download started. I was really impressed with how the service sped up.

Hexic 2 and Ecco The Dolphin this week.

Hexic 2 is 800 points, and Ecco is 400.

Three actual new songs for GH2, and I actually like all 3.. Very cool, all originals.

Wow, that's awesome. Still expensive, but I love that whole album so I'll be picking these up.

edit: just listened to all 3, and 'famous last words' should be a blast to play with 'teenagers' being a close 2nd.

Yeah, I was just posting this in the Guitar Hero thread, Famous last words will be a blast. Dead is one of my favorites already in the game.

Don't know if it's been mentioned elsewhere but 300 is up in standard and HD. There is also a 300 theme, the History Channel special on the 300 last stand, and some other 300-related content...

One of the winners of Microsoft's Dream-Build-Play competition, The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai will be making its way to an Xbox Live Arcade near you in the coming months. This XNA Game Studio Express hallmark was the fruit of James Silva's labor, a stylish, two dimensional action shooter with all the right shoot 'em up standards.

Thanks for the heads, up Epsilon!

So, i forgot you could download movies in HD through Live (Ive never done it) and since I don't have a HD DVD player and won't anytime soon, this would be a nice way to watch movies.
