Mine is still crap. Log on and it does the thinking animation on all the screens but the media and settings. If I want to get to the arcade games, it eventually stops trying to do whatever it's doing or I have to unplug the ethernet cable. Can't connect for multiplayer. It's been like this for me for a week now.

My sub runs out at the end of the month and at this point I'm not in a hurry to hand over 50 bucks for this.

Are you serious, how did you lose all your edits/saves? This whole crap with MS locking down the profiles with the saves is a bit too much. Didn't you save any of those files to a memory card or are they coming up corrupt?

Let's see if they incorporate the EA Locker in the other games, NCAA, MAdden, etc.

I have only myself and my impatience with my xbox 360 to blame. After countless attempts i can not remember what i did or didn't do to it this past couple of weeks trying to get things back in order when it was just a stupid server issue over the holidays for Microsoft.

My saves i did not delete but somehow when I recovered my gamertag the gamertag only brought back saves from the last time i recovered my gamertag

I've learned my lesson i am now using two profiles and with the opening of my new slider website hopefully I can keep better track of all my work

Yeah it's a card so I can avoid the auto renewal which is another thing that grinds my gears about live.

Why? I love the auto renewal.

I don't want MS to have my CC on file and associated with live. If my account gets hacked, there's my CC. If I get rid of my 360, live will go on auto-renewing. Granted I'd have to be an imbecile to not notice that charge, but I still don't like it. If I can afford another year and the service was good, I'll pay for it with a card. If I can't afford it or I didn't get a lot of use out of live, I won't renew by not buying a new card so I won't have to spend at least 10 minutes on the phone with MS getting them to cancel like I did with the first xbox.

you still have to call to cancel? I just figured there was a website or something...makes sense, as I'm still on the montly plan. Haven't cared to go change it.

Just something out of the blue for my benefit....$60 CAN for a 12+1 month free sub to XBL....SHEESH!

Oh and I exchanged my PS2 with all my games...I got a paltry $52 dollars. I can't even afford to buy myself an XBL card without dipping into my actual money.

Oh well. Thanks for reading, or not.
