Re: HDMI Splitter?
okay, the HDMI splitter will not work. I plugged it in to the tv and put my 360 and ps3 on it and the ps3 worked, but the sound was jacked up. The 360 had no picture.
After further research, the splitter is used for one thing only. And that is if you want to take a signal and split it to two monitors or tv's. So a HDMI switch box is really the only option. My Fan Page http://theusualgamer.net/MyFanPage_Heelfan71.aspx

Re: HDMI Splitter?
Have you compared what the picture looks like when a device is directly connected to the tv/monitor, and when the device is running through this? If so, is there a noticeable difference? Or is it crystal clear as if it was connected directly?

Re: HDMI Splitter?
Out of curiosity and since Im clueless about these, would the following appear to work fine or would I be better going with the Belkin one mentioned above?

Furthermore, here is another one from monoprice.com

Pimping. I am in the market to buy one of those as well and based on the original Belkin product and the descriptions of what you posted links too, It has to be the same thing. I was hoping not to spend that belkin $90 price so thanks for the links. Which one did you decide?Comment

Re: HDMI Splitter?
If I was going to go with one of those I would go with the one from monoprice.com, after reading a few reviews on the joytech one over at amazon.com Ive seen people complain about the picture and/or the audio cutting in and out, sometimes there being no picture at all among other problems. Im going down to Fry's here tomorrow to check out what other ones they have so I havent picked one up yet but if I was going to chose between those 2 then the second one seems like the way to go.Comment
