Aye... you can't use a regular flash drive, hence the reason everyone mentioned the PS3 was easier.

It's the Transfer/Xchange kit or nothing on the 360. On the PS3 it's much easier and you have many more options.

Plus no restrictions and loop holes to go through.

i just checked, and they dont have any.......nobody in upstate ny has this thing. where do i have to get this? china? my god this is getting depressing......i'm hanging on a string here in returning the 360 and just getting the ps3......this is crazy......
