Same here... I turned in my PS2 for the 100bucks off, for the 60g ($499)..... I still like the fact that they don't sell the 60g anymore so I fell I have something unique... however, waiting for the price drop would drive my crazy....
but, after buying 4games w/console, remote, extra controller, I walked out of EBgames spending $794 anyway....

I don't think a price drop is coming too soon... maybe after GDC. Which is three weeks away. With Home releasing soon (hopefully) they might use that as a jump start to get more people's attention and then drop the price. If you really want one now I would do the Sony Style deal and call it a day. If you have a 360 and can wait and aren't obsessed with The Show like the rest of us baseball nuts I would wait.
However, I was wrong before and I will be wrong again.
