            Hey guys, will a wireless keyboard/mouse work with the PS3? When I get my new Samsung 67" set up this weekend I may want to do some surfing and just wondered if I could buy a wireless keyboard/mouse and connect it via the USB port of the PS3.

                Yeah you can use wireless keyboards on PS3. Mouses work as well. You should look into it because I know not all are supported.

                        I have a Microsoft one, it works nice. Easy as hell to set up, and it has four way scrolling.

                                Why not just buy a laptop? The PS3 browser is good, but an actual PC would be better.

                                        Sure would. No Flash support kills it for me.

                                        However, you can install Linux and have an actual browser on there if you choose to go that route ODogg.

                                            I did a search and can't seem to find any answeres to the question i have so here goes. While streaming video from my laptop to my ps3, almost all the movies i watch there is a lot of hiccups (buffering), like the ps3 can't read it fast enough to play it smooth all the way through does anybody know of a way to fix this and make it so it will play smooth all the way through the movie, it kinda kills it for me when i have to wait forever to get through the movie, and it doesn't do it all the time i watch movies and for some reason it plays better at night. Oh and i am using tversity as my media share program.

                                                    Or use the method I use, transfer to a thumb drive, which takes about 1-2 minutes, plug into the PS3, click triangle on the thumb drive to view all files on it and play the movie right off your thumb drive. Ive done this with numerous movies so far and never had a hiccup, but when I was trying to stream from my laptop it was a joke with constant hiccups and the occasional crash to the XMB.

                                                            i do have a brand new dell laptop (well i got it in may so maybe not brand, brand new) but just wondered if i could use a wireless for the occasional time i am playing on the ps3 and want to go to a site or two.
