I guess Best Buy has also changed their warranty now, It's not a swap out anymore, they send it to Geek Squad warehouse as they call it and they try to fix your system. Altimus was also telling me about this the other day with the 360 returns @ BB. I inquired about the PS3 and it was the same.

Wait a second. Is this for a warranty that is purchased from now on or is this for all warranties?

I'll try and find out if no one can.

I am not too sure if it affects their previous warranties that you bought before this new plan was put into place.
