    Congrats. Which?

I have a monthly subscription over my local Blockbuster... I think everyone knows that by now because I've already pimped them on this thread, lol. I also buy games from time to time, but I sell them within 3 months for max return on eBay, averaging 45 dollars on a $60 game. There were a few instances where I purchased, sold, and then later rented a game to finish up a platinum, like Dead Space and CoD. I'll admit that doing so is very inefficient in terms of $$ use, but sometimes I outplay whats available on store shelves.

D-Day trophy in Call of Juarez is the most ridiculous trophy I've ever attempted. It litterally took me over 5 hours of trying (not in one sitting) to get it. If I wasn't so close the Plat I would have just said "forget it" and shelved it.

You have to blow up all these rafts before they actually hit the shore.

I don't think that I will be getting the Platinum for Infamous like I had hoped. I am having a horrible time trying to get anymore stunts, they were a pain the first time around and yet again this time. I might just finish up with Evil Cole and get whatever trophies I didn't and call it a day. I think the Shards should be fun trying to collect, even though some can be a pain to locate.

One of the stunts is a pain, which is the Melee Attack one......it's just not working for some reason. ARGH!!!!!!!! I even followed what one guy said on ps3trophies and still not getting it. LOL! I wish there was a list of the stunts you have accomplished so far, as I have no clue which ones are done.

I feel this way now, maybe in a few weeks my mind will change on how I feel about trying to get that Platinum.

The flying melee attack stunt? That one was annoying and that's why I think it is easier to do stunts on the easier difficulties because it is easier to kill people. I got this stunk by doing a shockwave against on an enemy to make them fly in the air, then I jumped and started punching them. On Normal you don't have to hit them too many times to get them to die and get the stunt. Once you beat the game, try dropping the difficulty down to Easy and try to get that stunt. Be sure to get the stunt where you Thunder Drop a Conduit before you beat the game because those guys aren't as easy to find later on. There is one side mission that has a lot of Conduits, it's one where you have to search for 4 or 5 of them inside a shipping container area. If you haven't gotten that stunt yet, that's a pretty good place to get it because you can just die and start over before completing the side mission if you haven't gotten the stunt. That's another one that's better to do on easier difficulties as well. My last stunt was the Up Close and Personal one where you have to Melee five guys within 30 seconds. There seemed to be lots of opportunities to get this earlier in the game but I never got it. But after you beat the game there is a spot that has 5 goons respawn all the time so you can get it there without too much hassle.

The new PoP? Was that fun? Easy plat?

I wish there was a list to know which ones we still need to get and I should have been keeping track, but they come up so fast on the screen after you do them do to all the chaos its hard to read. Thanks on the Thunderdrop tip for the Conduit, I don't think I have that one yet.

The new POP was rather boring if you ask me and just didn't hold my attention as the previous generation ones. I had to play though POP twice to get the platinum and the main game takes about 8-10 hours but there were some tedious moments.

I swear, I am NEVER going to get the "Packed Clubhouse" Trophy for Tiger Woods '11. It is damn near impossible to find 24 people on GamerNet willing to play a match, the most I have gotten is a 10 on 10. Frustrating, because other than this, I got the Platinum on lock for this game.

Not sure how it works but maybe set up a thread in the tiger golf forums to get a bunch together?

I was thinking of picking this up but I have a big handful of other games I want to finish. Then I'll get at it a bit cheaper price.

Finally snagged the platinum in Assassins Creed 2 late last night and had a blast getting it for the most part. I somehow got it in my head that I had to collect all the treasure chests, all 330 or so, only to find out that there was no trophy for it so that was a ton of wasted time really as I finished the game with over 350,000 in my pockets. Then there was the feather fiasco as I had 99 and couldnt figure out what I was missing until I realized that I could click on the city and it would break it down by section showing me which section I missed a feather in. The final fight was way too easy as I used the throwing knives exclusively and it drained him completely and that was the end of it. Cant wait for another one down the road sometime as I did have a blast playing this one.

yeah that feather breakdown menu is really buried in the menus of the game, it took me a while to find that as well. That sucks you searched out all the treasures, there's a lot of them!

lol, I can't remember anymore because it is buried so far. I remember you need to press right on one of the options in the pause menu to cycle through a ton of collectible stuff and eventually you get to feathers. Then you can click on that and see a breakdown per area. I thought you finished the game?

No, this is the game I was playing during the infamous leap year glitch. So I had 2 or 3 story trophies that I got but didn't sync to the server, and I could not go back and get them. Once that happened I stopped playing and decided to restart from the beginning in a few months. I finally have gotten past where I was the first playthrough.

Its in the DNA section, scroll to the right until you get to feathers, click on it then scroll to whatever city you want to check and click on that and it will break it down by section showing you what sections you are missing a feather in.
