RUFFY HAS HUGE WEEK; GEARSX8 MOVES INTO FOURTH

GearsX8 continues to climb up the leaderboard, sliding ahead of rspencer86 into 4th.

Ruffy had one of the biggest weeks we've seen in this competition, adding a whopping 49 trophies to move from 13th to 10th.

Aukevin was only able to close the gap slightly on the vacationing SqueakyD, adding just 4 trophies for the week.

SK8ER BOI: RUFFY TOPS IN SKATE 2



Only three participants had earned trophies in the Game of the Week, Skate 2. Ruffy comes out on top this time!

Next week's featured game might "strike" a chord with some of you: High Velocity Bowling! Knock down some pins and knock out some trophies!

Hehe, I guess the PS3 trophy grabbing marathon before my trip has paid off so far.

I miss it, though... Very few PS3's in SE Asia... I just want to play some of The Show and Killzone 2...

Rough time for you to be away from the PS3.

Looks like my drake marathon moved me up one spot this week.

I still haven't gotten any trophies from the show, the closest I've been has been 2 separate 4 game win streaks with my RTTS pitcher but both times they were snapped. Anyone grab any show trophies yet?

I've gotten three trophies in The Show. 3 stolen bases in a game (RTTS), 10 game hit streak (RTTS), and 20 game hit streak (RTTS).

It's kinda cheap, but I have my 22 hit streak save backed up my computer so that one day I can get the 50 game streak from it. I'll just reset it everytime I don't get a hit until I finally get 50 LOL. I just hope the game counts hit streaks that go over a season because my 22 game hit streak went through the end of the '09 season and I'll have to continue it in '10. But I figure I'm halfway there with this save, so might as well keep it to try and get the trophy at another time.

I went on a trophy tear!

My goal was to get to level 6 since I had restarted Burnout from the beginning and the trophies in that come pretty fast and furious.

Sk8 2! Is dam fun and with some mini-practice I'm fairly good at it. I don't see me getting 100% on it though but who knows!

As for the show...not sure I'll go for the trophies other than to just let them happen if they do.

I have 4 from the Show so far.

Hit a walkoff hit or walk.
Hit a walkoff HR.
Hit a grandslam (actually done by me in RTTS).
Pitch a shutout. (carried a no hitter into the 7th on HOF)

I've got to start playing Drake to get that one up there once I 100% burnout!

But the most of my other games the trophies are just dam too hard. Pixel Junk is frustratingly hard for trophies! Warhawk I don't own anymore. Socom I may try and start going for more on there but they are pretty time consuming. Buzz they will just happen whenever we have people over to play...not that often!

I still wish NHL and HSG had trophies!!

I may have to buy this weeks game of the week...is it anything like Wii Bowling?
