the CPU is a 45nm chip which is a great thing, that means a lot less power consumption.

I was all excited for the ESPN partnership because I would now have access to ESPN3.com because my ISP does not allow it. Unfortunately, I read the fine print on the dashboard that the Live ESPN access follows the same affiliated ISP rules that ESPN3.com has in place now...it seemed like a great idea, but even if you have Gold, people that have ISPs that do not participate in ESPN3.com will still not have access to it.
