Still one of the most comfortable controllers that I've ever held. Fits the hands so well.

I'm picking up those triggers for the PS3 to see if that helps the feel of that controller. Overall, I miss the feel of the controller, and if the wife still feels that we need one, I'll be more than happy to have it, but I'm thinking she'll change her mind.

BUT: She just disclosed a hint that father's day is approaching, and being that it's my first father's day, it'd be fun for both of us... lol. Not holding my breath though.

so i keep hearing rumors that MS's Kinect is gonna be "GULP" $180?

so if thats true the bundle is gonna be like over 400 for a 360 and kinect bundled?

Forget it i'm not wasting my money on it. I already have an elite and I have no problems with it.

yea I just got an old elite replaced with a new Jasper unit and I have no reason to upgrade.... except... my HDD is old, sound, this is quieter and I sit right next to my unit, 5 USB ports is nice to charge my phone, my controller and have a USB stick in at alll times, built in wifi N so I can get rid of the old G unit attached to USB in back now...I'll probably never use the extra HDD space but you never know... and it looks cool!

Plus I'll give my step son the Elite which he covets and sell his white one.

so I'm talking myself into it basically.

Every rumor I've ever seen, the highest has been the $149 that Gamestop has as a placeholder. Since you can preorder now at $149 (which I have already), Gamestop says you will get the lowest price from now till release, so I can't imagine if $180 was even remotely real that Gamestop would start at $149.

No Kinect price announced yet, retail price estimates are purely speculative, final price & pack-in details are not yet determined.

I've always heard $99.99 or less, but could see $149 if games are included. No higher, or it won't sell a single one.

Yeah...I'm not selling a perfectly working 3D tv to get a new 3D tv......

No ones getting a PS3 after selling thier working PS2

They are getting a new 360 after selling thier working 360... Again big difference. No new tech...just a bigger HD... etc..
