I was going to try and be that guy and go without a screen protector.

Yeah, that's just not going to work. Stopping off at Target after work.

The Hori screen protector came and it's really easy to put on, it self aligns and the way you peel it off it's completely bubble free. It's thin and smooth and just about invisible. I can't recommend it enough at this point (we'll have to see if it annoys me over time, but right now you can barely tell it's there).

Taking this now because I don't know how much longer I'll be there (my rounds today weren't all that great):

I don't get extended warranty plans, I think they're a waste of money. But that's just my opinion.

Agreed. I've only ever bought one when I got my Mac pro. That was worth it as I needed a new logic board after 30 or so months.

I figure I paid $300 for this thing. Paying $70 bucks for a 2 year extended warranty with accident coverage. I guess it doesn't hurt. If I drop it ill have a better piece of mind.

I kind of go back and forth, on one hand it would be nice to have that security blanket, on the other I've never broken anything like this by dropping it, but then again I've dropped things they've just never broken. I think I will see how things go and decide before the end of the 30 day limit.
