I expect Amazon will match this deal over the weekend.

Can you trade in your PSP at Best Buy towards the purchase of a Vita? If so, how much can you expect to get back?

How much is GameStop offering for PSP trade-ins towards a Vita?

I don't know about those two places but if you still have the original packaging you can get 56.00 for it on Amazon. Without the packaging 19.00.

That's what I got for My PSP 2000 anyway.

I'm surprised to see that cross game saves in MLB the Show are not 3g supported.

(on PS Vita, you must be connected to PSN via WiFi; MLB 12 does not support cross platform save using 3G).
Not that it matter much I guess. Just curious as to why.

                      Re: Sony PSVITA Discussion

I downloaded the ModNation Racers demo and have done quite a few races. I played it at Gamestop previously, but it's just not the same as having it in the comfort of your own home, or just on the road with your own Vita in general.

I must say, the game still is pretty solid and it is still ModNation Racers. The things which are holding me back are no online play and a crappy, crappy framerate. I can do without the announcers I guess, but their shtick was off-the-charts gold for all ages alike.

There are some changes to the game I don't like, however. People always complained about the drifting before? I'm complaining about it now. I miss the "leap" that you used to have prior to drifting, which made all too much sense that you had to start out in the straight direction before you get into your drift. Now it's so easy that it's hard haha. In other words, the game adjusts for the fact that it expects you to be better with it now, so they made the AI harder in general with that. Anyway, the second big problem is that the window area of running into weapon pickups has diminished dramatically. It's so difficult to get them now and the CPU, once again, has no problem with this.

There are some other irks here and there, but at the same time there are some nice positives to it. Again, if they decide to bow for online play in the future with this game, I'll be considering it. Until then, I want to see if they're going to release LBP Karting for this thing, which I'm guessing will have a lot more devotion considering it's made by our boys from MNR.

Thank you Blzer. I followed your link and it didn't take me to a page with one of your posts on this. However, I was looking around and you were talking about Vita/PS3 bundle discounts for the show last June? That's impressive!

LOL I can't even remember that.

The reason the link didn't work right would be because I display 40 posts per page, so it must've messed up somewhere. Look for post #954.
