I rented Touch My katamari and it's a shame they don't try to improve the game in any way. It feels exactly the same as it did in the first game on the PS2, and this one doesn't even seem like a full retail game, it feels more like a $10 downloadable.

That said I still really like Katamari and still enjoy trying to roll up everything in sight, and it truly is good on the Vita, it's just not worth $30.

Lobby game + Real Tournament patch released today for the Japanese version of Hot Shots...no date yet on a US patch, but it's getting closer.

yikes that's no good.

I had a scare at the beginning of my 9 hour flight this weekend. Fired up my Vita and got a corrupt save message when I tried to start Uncharted. Rebooted the system, it did some database rebuild, then tried to start a game, and it didn't recognize my memory card. So I turned the system off again, took out the memory card, did the old Nintendo cartridge blow on it, put it back in and everything worked. It scared me though when it came back up because it moved all my downloaded games to my bottom screen on the Vita, so I thought they had all be deleted, and since I was in the air I wouldn't be able to download them and play. But anyway, everything ended up working after the small heart-attack it gave me, and none of my saves were messed up.

Well, I was for some reason able to rebuild the database this time, but like you, everything is reconfigured. I even have to add in my old themes again, but I think that's normal. The PS3 does that as well when you rebuild the database.

Even still, that kind of thing worries me. I just so happened to luck out with being able to rebuild it after the first few times that it wasn't doing anything. I don't even know what made that happen either.

Yeah when I played against him the in fighting ladder, I spammed Scorpions chain hook endlessly followed by the triangle, square, triangle combo.

Yeah when I played against him the in fighting ladder, I spammed Scorpions chain hook endlessly followed by the triangle, square, triangle combo.

I just spammed fireballs and waited for him to taunt me.

Granted, that only worked on Beginner and Easy.

Yeah I did it on easy. I could only imagine fighting him on hard difficulty and above...

I can beat him reliably on medium with Liu Kang.

You always beat him between tries 3-5 on the higher difficulties. Every time you lose he gets easier. It gets to the point where he doesn't attack you anymore he just sits there and taunts the whole match.
