We are going to pick that bundle up. Not a huge handheld fan at all, but what the heck. If it means I can play the Show anywhere and anytime..can you really go wrong?

I'm still trying to figure out what kind of protective case I want. If there's a snowball's chance that this thing is at all pocket friendly (including those deep pockets around the knees of my khakis), then I would like to have a slim-fit comfortable case like the one pictured above.

However, I also might get the bulk of the Nyko products (unless Sony releases their own), in which case I might get the duro-case that they provide, which wouldn't feel that great in a pocket, but at least is the slimmest fitting kind of protection they can offer.

I don't think I want the big booklet kind of case, because I don't anticipate buying a bunch of memory cards or game cartridges. It could always hold other things, but I think that one is out of the question for now.

Again, I suppose it's all about figuring out how I am exactly going to be transporting this thing. The last thing I want to do is lose it, and I have a knack for misplacing things that I can't handle on my person.

Thats what I originally reserved but changed it yesterday. Have no use for the 3G and dont need a week early.
Switched to regular wifi and also have HSG, The Show and Starter kit reserved.

That's what I have now, the starter kit, has the best case Sony has to offer, great screen protector which on put on flawless, great pack here.

I'll tell ya what - if a remote play hack is released where I can play any PS3 game on the Vita, I'm picking this thing up IMMEDIATELY.

It will ideally be what the WiiU is touting...

What is this starter kit? I thought about picking up the first edition bundle for the sweet case that comes with it. But I don't really want 3G nor little deviants.

Just looked up the starter kit. Not bad although I like the case that comes with the other bundle better.

It's the 3G Vita with all those extras, not special. You get it one week early. If they had a Wifi First Edition, then I'd consider it.

I know I asked this earlier, but it was before Japan's release so I'm guessing it was too premature (and it probably still is now), but does anybody know whether MLB.TV will be able to work on this thing? Either on its own or through Remote Play?

Not true in Canada. They have the WIFI with 4 GB and Little Deviants for $299 and you get it a week early. Personally I don't think it's a great deal. There is barely any savings there, maybe $10. The 4 GB card is probably too small and you better like Little Deviants.

I'm going with the starter pack... At $39, that price is just too good. 4gb is plenty of memory for me as I won't be downloading any games or music to this advice. All I need that memory card for is game saves. I can get more memory down the road if anything changes.

More with remote play from that guy Matt posted playing RDR that is using it illegally, but this shows that it can be done properly when Sony fully supports it. I think this feature will be a huge selling point and I bet Sony fully utilizes it around WiiU launch to combat the WiiU controller and system connectivity.

New screens for Dynasty Warriors Next on PS Vita

Tecmo Koei has released a new batch of Dynasty Warriors Next screenshots, showing off the upcoming PlayStation Vita launch title's character editing options and touch-screen duel system.

"When battling certain officers, a special kind of Duel takes place," it says. "Duels switch to an almost first person viewpoint and make use of the PS Vita's touch controls for fighting controls and interaction.

"Use touch controls to repel enemy attacks, win weapon lockups and quickly strike at gaps in the enemy's defences."

In terms of editing characters, you will have a number of adjustable character attributes to personalise your warrior in Conquest mode.

The focus on certain 1v1 duels is a bit of a change from the usual Dynasty Warriors fare, but hopefully the masses of enemies are still there for you to cut down.

Dynasty Warriors Next will be available on the PlayStation Vita across Europe on February 22, In the meantime, check out the new screens below.

I'm really undecided on the acccessories. I like the idea of the start kit, but I really don't like the case that comes with it. I would prefer a case that I can carry the Vita in along with games and the power adapter.
