If they are ordinances, I believe they can be changed or added upon. I don't know for sure, and if they are able to I don't know how often.

No one is going to be able to change ordinances tonight. You have to be established as mayor before you can build things and change the ordinances. You can get a tool or 2 talking to Isabella, the assistant tonight but without changing the clock, no one will be able to really get into the game tonight. It's why I'm downloading tonight and booting it up tomorrow morning when I wake up.

Makes me sort of glad I work until tomorrow at 7am..
May decide to go digital anyways and download it in the morning and just switch my $ I have on the disk (Paid in full) to something else.

That way I can play when I get home and not have to go to GS. I work the next 3 days so I wouldn't even be able to get to store until Wednesday.

I can't stand digital downloads other wise I would do that.

When I buy something I want Physical item that can be looked at, played, and re sold if I want to. Plus if your 3DS goes dead for good then your screwed

I agree on wanting the physical items, but for some games digital works just as well for me.

A quick word on the 3DS breaking thing... You can save the games to your SD card, so even if the 3DS breaks they will still be on there.

Guys I am thinking of getting AC since I have had a 3DS for a while now with no games (Waiting for Pokemon X/Y) and remember the good times on the Wii version with aukevin and Skyboxer.

One question though, where do you find your Friend Code and are there designs you can make like in the Wii version. Thats what I spent most of my time doing in the Wii version.

Friend code is found in the main menu of the 3DS where the smile face is along the top. Yeah you can still design stuff, I always liked doing that too.

As in make things a bit more pixelated?

I haven't had any issues with mine. Everything looks smooth as butter to me (then again I didn't/wouldn't own a regular 3DS so I have nothing to compare it to.)
