Can't decide between LBP and Dead Nation. I am for sure getting Infamous.

I got both LBP and Dead Nation, I will say LBP is a heck of a lot more fun to me then Dead Nation.

Got LBP yesterday. Well, re-got. I had gotten it when I got my PS3 back in January of 09, sold it a couple months later. The girlfriend was pissed but we didn't play too much, and I needed MLB 09.

I think I just suck at platform games. I swear, back in the Mario days, I never remember being so horrible at them. Add another person in there... it's too crazy.

About 50% downloaded Infamous. Really interested in that title. Had to give the PS3 a rest, though. The thing was on for 2 hours downloading. Kind of pisses me off that downloads don't continue when watching Netflix...

LBP is good, but don't sell Dead Nation short. It is heck of a lot of fun. I am not really a zombie killing kind of game player, but there is something about this game that is straight up fun.

I agree. I was never a huge zombie player to begin with. Not even in Black Ops. But, I'm having a a lot of fun wih this game. And if it wasn't for being able to download all five games. I probably would have never touched this game.

Well, let me be the dissenting opinion that I didn't care for Dead Nation at all. It was dark and bland, I doubt I play it again.

I gotta be honest and say Dead Nation is meh to me. Really hard to aim and the overhead view like that is awful to me.

I picked LBP as one of my free games. I don't know where it went though because it never downloaded. I haven't picked a second game though. Do I have to pick both games for them to download?

What am i doing wrong?

Check your download list...as long as you've seen the "your purchase has been completed" screen you can go to it anytime to get anything you've previously gotten the rights to (I won't say "purchased" in this case)

And to answer the question, no you don't have to use both free games before one of them shows up.

Yeah I clicked it and now I am missing the "pick free game 1" but LBP is nowhere to be found it isn't in my downloads or anything. I still have the "pick free game 2" but dont want to use it until i figure out what happened. I havent activated playstation plus if that matters.

I just used 2 on LBP again it is downloading now. I would still like to know what happened the first time.

I kinda have to agree a bit here. It's not a bad game, but the aiming mechanics kinda drops the fun factor a bit. I am very pleased with Wipeout HD, Love infamous(again) and LBP is still a great game. Out of the four I downloaded, Dead Nation is at the bottom of that list.

Wipeout HD is the most undervalued game for the PS3. No other game tests my hand-eye coordination like this. (Try Phantom Speed with assists off for a real challenge.)

Now that the online community is back, I can play this all night again.
