Are they gonna fix horizon quickly? It's unplayable imo. I had to quit out during my first race.

They are working on it, not sure how quick. I've only had a framerate issue once, exit the game and go to your system settings, storage, and then clear your xbox 360 local cache, it will take a couple minutes and then reboot your xbox.

Should work fine after that, I've had no issues since I did this the other day and I've played quite a bit (10-15 hours)

So way been when it was announced that the NFL and Microsoft/XB1 had this partnership it peaked my interest in the XB1 (admitted Sony guy here I suppose). That said I jumped on a black friday deal for the XB1 namely for the NFL App and the functionality I imagined.

Well its been about 10 months now and while I love the everything about the app itself its smooth the Next-Gen Replays are pretty cool. It is a vastly superior app the one offered on Playstation except for one thing. Gamepass. I love gamepass, love it. It is such an amazing offering. For me the biggest draw is the access to the all-22. Well, as it turns out this is the one area that for some reason PlayStation shines. XB1 only offers you access to Full game and condensed game replays (going back to 2014). The PS4 app offeres you all that and the all-22 and games going back to 2009 (all-22 for games 2013 and forward tho full disclosure). Like I said the anesthetics of the XB1 are vastly superior this one thing tho....

Does anyone know why that is or if there are plans to change that?

I would post this question on the Xbox One Reddit, there are some real knowledgable guys over there on everything Xbox and a bunch of devs/microsoft guys frequent it.

Downloaded and playing Forza Horizon again, I forgot how much I loved and played this game. This is still my favorite and I prefer it to 2, it's getting me hyped for 3 again.

This game is incredible and still looks great IMO, love the EDM vibe...awesome soundtrack.

Enjoying FH1 too. The "story" and progression is alot more engrossing than FH2's. I like that races are restricted to certain classes, building up to S class. FH2 I usually upgrade my cars first and end up racing in A class or higher everytime.

I WAS trying to wrap up FH2 before FH3 came out, but this has completely sidetracked me Although I do miss the more openness and the photo collector features of FH2.

FH1 soundtrack is a little better, but not much IMO. Not a EDM fan. Fortunately Pandora with background support is here. RATM, SOAD, Metallica, VH, Soundgarden, Pantera, etc all make a better racing soundtrack for me!

How's the FH1 season pass/rally add-on? It's $5 right now, probably should just grab it, no?

FH1 is great but I have put it on the back burner until the frame rate issues are addressed (I know they are working on it). I enjoy it but those issues are killing my game lol. So I have been playing FH2 instead.

I would grab the FH1 Season pass and rally add-on just because they are on sale and are definitely great content, they just started working for me last night but it's been having issues. As noted, they are working on it though.

I like various aspects of FH1 more, most notably the soundtrack and some of the cars. One of my favorites from FH1 was the Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR, which is absent in FH2. I think the music on FH2 is somewhat subpar compared to the first one, what I recently did was use Groove music to make a playlist of all my favorites from FH1 and FH2 and then I just turn the radio off in FH2 while using my groove playlist in the background.

Sidenote: When groove music actually works, it's fairly decent and I'm enjoying it, it has a very large library as well.

One of my favorite parts of FH2 is that you can use any car you want in any race and it will auto-match the competition to your car. I didn't really like having to use D-Class cars in FH1 if I didn't want to. I don't use a Ferrari in every race in FH2 but it's nice having the option to use whatever I feel like. My favorite car might actually be my Porsche Cayman GTS that I spent like 3 hours tuning to get it to perfection, I use that quite a bit.

Also, FH3 will include the ability to make your own custom radio station in game which is freaking awesome! Can't wait for that game

The bucket lists are fun, I'm going through most of them now, there are a few that are extremely difficult, most of them are pieces of cake though.

Sorry but I have to post this video I just watched and my friend told me about as I didn't even know it existed. It's a 32 minute video of Legacy of Kain: Dead Sun which was originally an PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game and later on moved to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Three years into development and Square Enix decided to cancel the game because it wouldn't "meet sales expectations"!!! Seriously, **** Square Enix!!! They say this crap about every single one of their games. Game looks excellent considering it's from 2012 and has so many good gameplay elements from other games like Assassin's Creed, God of War, Shadow of Mordor, Shadow Man and of course, Soul Reaver. I'm not a happy camper right now. :'(

Just an FYI for everyone in the preview program, clubs, looking for group and more are starting to roll-out today. I'm assuming it will be done in waves for preview program members.

Also, according to one of Major Nelson's podcasts, achievement rarity is also coming to Xbox in the near future, it will be similar to the PS4's trophy rarity system.

There isn't as far as I know yet, I actually messaged Steve a few days ago when I learned this was coming this week and told him I'd make a group.

For whatever reason I didn't get the update today so if you could grab the OS group that would be awesome, it's first come first serve so wouldn't want some randoms to get it.

FYI: Was reading the notes of the preview update and it also addresses backwards compatibility games and the framerate/stuttering issues they were experiencing.

This is great for anyone that has was having trouble with FH1.
