I feel on an island sometimes wanting voice audio in recorded clips I've basically stopped recording clips on my XB1 unless it's glitch related and only do so on my PS4 because having everyone's reactions and laughing makes the clips at least twice as good. On XB1 the cool moments seem so sterile and dead because it's just game audio.

How is this not a thing in today's day and age with social media and viral videos being such a huge part of everyday life? Baffled we're going into year 4 of this gen and MS continues to ignore this.

Do you pick something to get to the home zoom out screen that single press is currently? this will be much nicer, just wondering

No, single press going to the home screen of the OS is the only option currently, but will be replaced soon by bringing up that nice functional guide UI

How do you get to the home screen then? I hit the "X' button when I want to stop playing a game and remove the disc.

Yeah, maybe home is one of the options in the menu when you press xbox button?

I'll like the update though, especially if I can get to games/apps faster

Home is an option in the screenshot. So you'd hit the xbox button and then select home, or you can just select the game/app you want to jump to next from the same menu.

I think going home triggers a number of refreshes and updates on the OS, this will minimize some of that, improving overall speed.

Pins being on the guide is pretty awesome too.

They've been great in trying to speed it up...I think that the original designs didn't prioritize that as much (favoring nifty data/features/store items), but they've really learned what people like and have adapted.

I am hoping beyond hope that MS will FINALLY add a direct share to Facebook option. It's honestly one of the reasons I still prefer PS4 as it's a real hassle to share stuff on Xbox games.

I hope the new quick menu also includes quick settings, like adjusting the snapped app volume. Would be nice to quickly adjust it without loading up the full settings app.

While contemplating whether or not to save up for a Switch or upgrade my PS4 to a PS4 Pro, I threw myself a curveball and bought the Battlefield 1 XBOX One S bundle. Haha

I have that game and FIFA 17 for now, and with EA Access, I downloaded a couple games I had on my PS4 (UFC 2 and Rory Mcilroy Golf). It looks like I'm all in with Microsoft again for the first time since 2010.

Dude, if you like racing games at all you seriously need to download both Need for Speed racing games in EA Access..both are freaking awesome games!!

I've never played any of the Need for Speed games, but they've always caught my attention as looking really good.

I tried F1 2016 when it released, and that was the first racing game I'd played in years. After playing a handful of times, I came away with a headache every time so I traded it away. I'm not sure if it was just that racing game or what, but I'll definitely try the Need for Speed games to test that theory!
