I had to go in to the scan a code screen in the Games store (or whatever the marketplace is called now) for it to work...I think there is a voice command to get there as well.

How far away from the kinect are you with it? Has to get pretty close up to use it but mine has been reading them fine so far, just make sure your hand holding the card is on the side opposite of the code, the only time I had any difficulty with it was because my finger was partially in front of it.

Yup tried to scan a couple of QR codes and the Kinect would turn on to scan it but then immediately turn off.

My TV app has been acting up. It works during the day, but I turn my 'Xbox off' for the night then when I turn it back on and go to the TV app, it's just a black screen. I have to fully power it down using the power button then power it back on and the TV app works. Anyone else have this?

This is going to be made into a big deal. I'm not one to care about the whole "Kinect might be monitoring you" thing (though, I understand why others are), but they are labeling these Skype calls as private. If it comes out that they are really monitoring those calls, I can't imagine it will end well for MS.

A serious little nugget is the X-box 1. Smart Glass App for your Phone! I'm able to see all my friends Game clips while I'm at work, makes the day go by fast!

Gents, can anyone who has Forza for the One...talk about it? LOL

Lots of talk here about 2k, Madden, Ghosts, BF4 and Ryse...but I don't think I've read a single impression of MS's flagship launch title. Hell even Need for Speed has gotten more love

I double-check the Racing forum all the time and no one has started a thread there for it yet, either. Weird. If I got a One, I'd been all over Forza, Madden, and BF4. Maybe Ryse, too, if I really wanted in the Poor House bad.

I noticed there wasn't a thread for Forza as well. I have played it for the last 3 days and it is my favorite so far out of BF4(which I haven;t played much) and NBA 2k14.

The graphics are amazing, and smoothness and sense of speed is great. So far I haven;t noticed the lack of tracks and cars from the last forza, but I have only played for 3 days and am only a level 21 driver. I know alot of people have complained about the drivatars, but I like them. I have only had one of them really "try" to hit me on purpose and you can adjust the difficulty of them, 6 levels of difficulty I think.

The first day racing with friends was non-existent since we could not send invites to each other in private matches. Yesterday it worked flawlessly and was cool. If you are in a party with others as soon as one of them starts or joins a race you get a msg to join. Which brings me to my only complaint so far we can;t seem to get into a full race. Every match I get into usually has only 5-8 people at the most.

I bought the limited edition and have all my cars available for purchase. they are in the buy cars section and are all limited collector edition. I know on forza motorsport.net other people though have been having trouble receiving there cars and stuff also. hope it gets worked out for you.

Wait so the Limited Edition was just an option to buy cars and not have the cars put in your Garage?
