You might have to uninstall and reinstall the game, should be able to keep your save files though, thats about the only thing I can think of. I have heard alot of people having various issues with Madden 15

I need some help...

Just bought the X1 over the weekend, playing Madden 15 and the game froze on me. Well, now I can't get out of the freeze. I've done everything, going to home screen, turning off console, removing disc from console, etc. but every time I choose to go back to Madden it just brings me right back to the freeze point. Maybe there's some trick I don't know about this console yet that's why I'm asking...

Any help appreciated.

Did you go to standby or actually power down? If only standby games are still able to be resumed. In that case you can press menu on the madden tile then choose quit or do a hard reboot

Z, as ricky24 said you need to do a hard reset. Go to your console while it's on and hold down the power button until the console turns off..

Once it turns off, wait a few seconds then turn your console on and allow it to do is thing

Just guessing, but I think you have to go to the bottom right corner where the "disc" square is (the square that contains whatever's in the drive) and hit the menu button...I would expect a "Eject" option there.

No clue if it's actually there, that's just where I'd imagine they'd put it given how they do things.

The free game deal was the one that got me over the top. Had no intentions of buying one and just buying white ps4 bundle. I bought both and now mostly play the madden bundle and added nhl 15 for free. No brainer. Btw anyone want to add me they can. Sudbury1978.

Anyone get this pop up message that says "Installation Stopped" with a picture of a globe? I get it every time I've started my Xbox this week, but nothing is installing and it won't say what was stopped if i hold the xbox button.

Question for anyone using the PS4 Gold wireless headsets with the Xbox One chat adapter. Do you have to use a 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable and connect it through that adapter cable or can you just connect the 3.5mm cable from the headset straight into the adapter plugged into the controller ?
