I agree....they need to make the store (especially web version) more intuitive

I take issue with this.


I'm not saying you 'have' to connect to the internet, but the majority of gamers don't have multiple versions of the same console. Most, if not every game comes with a Day 1 patch at this point used to fix things devs didn't have time to fix in the dev cycle.

Not having an internet connection, while not necessary, is robbing the console of ALMOST necessary updates.

The original point of contention was MS's idea to ALWAYS have to be online...regardless.
Someone pointed out that they didn't want that....
Someone else said you ABSOLUTELY have to be on line with both consoles.
I said...you do not and were never going to have to be.
Even if you wanted updates....with the PS4 you could go online with your console...update and disconnect.
You were not going to be able to do that originally with the XBone if those rumors were correct.
That was my point of contention.(and sorry...but I still think I'm "right" on that)

I have gone fully digital. Have one game disk and that Cod AW. Between my purchases and EA access free games and gold free games, I have well over 25 games and still have 2.6tb free on my external hdd. I really got into digital purchase. Anyone else ?

I'm mostly digital, provably 2 dozen games installed, yeah.

I've been taking advantage of some retail deals then trading in and picking titles I like back up digitally later.

I am about 70% disc and 30% digital. I only buy digital when it is a really good sale.
