Did you hard wire stream or over wifi?

I tried with my laptop and surface pro 3 with 2 different xbox ones. Played 2 games of nhl. I noticed only very slight input lag for the first few min of my first game and that was on my surface while the laptop was downloading win 10. After that it felt totally lag free. Both win 10 devices are wireless, both xbox ones are wired with powerline adapters.

Yes. They'll send you a code for it in 7-10 days. I haven't gotten mine yet, though I'm sure I will soon. I have to wait for BC anyways.

I've got to say, even though I'm only 1 day into having the One, I'm very happy with my decision to switch it up. EA access is absolutely amazing and pretty much makes it worth it from the jump. Everything else is a bonus

Honestly, my anticipation for Halo. The more I played destiny the more I realized I missed Halo (owned Xbox, 360 then moved to ps).

Then I kept reading and hearing about how people found sports games better on the One, especially from a controller standpoint.

I've got problems when it comes to video games lol, I can admit it. So once I got the idea of trading in my head, I couldn't let it go until I made it happen. Start to finish it took about a week. I'd thought about wanting to do it on Monday. By Thursday night I'd posted on Craigslist I wanted to trade. By Friday night I'd made the trade.

Don't get me wrong, I really discussed it with the guy who responded to my post. And I got a good feel for the guy's personality and the condition of all his stuff before going through with it. And in reality got lucky to find someone normal, local and with exactly what we were both looking for. The guy also went to high school with my wife's cousin.

I will say it was a really tough decision to leave my 2 buddies, whom I convinced to go ps4 over Xbox at launch. But in the end we haven't gamed together enough lately.

So, long story short; I knew what I wanted, I knew what I'd missed when it came to gaming. I picked the brains of the wonderful, helpful people here on OS and made the choice and stuck with it! Hopefully that helps you 1 way or the other. Just remember, be smart and be safe if you go the Craigslist route.

Thanks for the insight. The reason I wanted to move over is because most of the people that make custom rosters for Madden and 2k moved over to the One and I like using custom rosters. I don't think I will be going the Craigslist route, I might just sell the PS4 to someone I know and go from there.

Absolutely. That was my other plan it just would have taken longer. Like I said I'm lucky it worked out as smoothly as it did. But selling and then buying is a better route for sure.

did you try changing the streaming quality? I did medium a couple times, I can't tell much of a difference of quality on the 12'' surface screen.

Just tried steaming for the first time over wireless. Played an offline game of nhl14. Worked pretty much flawlessly for me.
