Gears of War 4 has officially gone gold and is three weeks away.

Forza Horizon 3 review embargo lifts tomorrow at 9am EST so im definitely expecting reviews to be at the very least in the mid 80's and possibly low 90's.

Based on what I have read I can see FH3 being pretty universally acclaimed.

Frustrating.

I dont want to have to pay for Live on both... but realistically speaking, if both of them are ever on at the same time, its because the wife is watching netflix on one upstairs, and im downstairs playing a game. So, I should be okay. I'd just have to create two accounts then, set mine up with my live, and just create a second account just for her to log into and access the apps.

Or am I better off doing the home xbox type thing with it, which i have no idea how that works.

HArd drive wise though, i should be able to just move my external around no problems, right?

What I do is make the console my family and i use the most (my living room) the home console do any account can play the digital games out there.

In my bed room I have it log directly onto a different account for the Hulu Netflix apps.

If I want to play my games in the bedroom I just log my home xbox to my son's account so if he wants to play his game or watch his shows he is fine and I can play my games.

Works better if the secondary account on both xboxs are differentotherwise it becomes a pain.

As if it was in much doubt, Forza Horizon 3 is one of the finest games you'll find on the Xbox One right now. It's so incredible to look at, so beautifully crafted and so enjoyable to play that there are literally hundreds of hours of fun to be had here.

Seriously, I have no idea where Playground Games can go with Forza Horizon from here. The map is huge, yet well-populated with things to do. The car selection is vast, the controls are spot-on, the game looks gorgeous in all areas, the musical options are diverse, the online play is excellent, and the community tools are rock solid. I have little doubt that we’ll see a Forza Horizon 4 down the road, but I think you’ll find Forza Horizon 3 leaves little room for improvement. It’s an A+ game top to bottom, and absolutely one of the best games you’ll play all year.

Forza Horizon 3 is a masterclass in open-world racing and bigger and better than its excellent predecessor across the board. It looks fantastic, the car selection and customisation is second to none, and the size and variety of the sprawling Australian outback is magnificent. Above all, Horizon 3 never loses sight of the fact that tearing through postcard-perfect locations should be fun, and it puts the tools in our hands to keep it that way, always. This is the racing game I’ve been waiting for, and it's officially my favourite thing on four wheels. A fair dinkum triumph, mates.

Yeah, Forza Horizon 3 is currently 92 overall going by the review thread on neogaf but doesn't include reviews that don't give out score. And if you subtract that bullcrap score of 4/10 by ibtimes, the game is actually a point higher at 93 overall. It was already a purchase but all these excellent scores makes it guaranteed.

There is always one place that does that. I remember seeing one guy give Uncharted 4 a 4/10

Yeah, I know. Personally, sites and magazines that aren't video game related shouldn't even count because it almost always makes games even good ones seem bad when they're not. Metacritic and Opencritic should really take this into account. Oh well.

It's pretty obvious the guy doesn't even know what he's reviewing. He mentions simulation racers in the article and in the summary. Everybody knows FH3 isn't a hardcore sim like MotorSport or even Dirt Rally, which he calls out in the review.

Even I know that Horizon is the arcade racer and Motorsport is the simulation racer so for the reviewer to not know that is kind of sad. I'm not going to give that site a click so I don't know what he says in his review but a 4/10 is insane.

Can't wait for Friday since I decided to buy the Ultimate Edition as I don't want to wait until Tuesday to play the game. And my 4K HDR TV arrives tomorrow. Woohoo!!!

The sad part about that review isn't that or the score. It's the review opening with calling into question a developers passion by saying they seem bored. I guess nothing says you don't care quite like a team of developers sleeping in tents for months just to capture skies in Australia.

Never heard of that site and reviews rarely ever rile me up, but that's just a completely baseless and absurd thing to say.
