Tomb Raider is correct at that GB...It was updated over a week ago...

The PRo version is not far off from the X....It just does not do native 4k and their enrich visuals are 1080p not dymamic 4k like the X

I immediately noticed the difference in 4k

Scorpio check in, mines is here. Hate that I have to leave for work in 20 mins. Oh well can't wait til tomorrow. Also got COD WWII and Need for Speed: Payback Deluxe Ed.

And bought Squaretrade 3 yr warranty from Amazon also! All set.

I know right...well I feel like Best Buy support could have done a better job for me not to be freaking out...like if they'd just said "well the site may not update until late Monday and it'll get sent out overnight air so.." then I'd not have worried and gotten so angry about it all.

Even though they got it to me, jeesh louise after all that I am still going to be really afraid to order from them next time for something like this.

Is this the norm for Best Buy?? To not show any change at all about anything on your order from the time you preorder until 4pm on the day before it is supposed to arrive and then ship out overnight air?

It's pretty standard across all retailers. Things don't update the moment it happens. I've ordered something from Amazon and it said picked up by carrier. Didn't get another update til it was delivered then all of a sudden all the updates posted. It happens, it's computer systems. Nothing these customer service reps can do about it.

Actually yes there is something they can do about it, they can do what I said and tell the customer that the site may not update until Monday and that the product would be shipped overnight air.

No one that I spoke to said that, or anything like it. In fact quite the contrary, they seemingly implied that they had a shortage of the product and that it was unknown when and/or if my product would even ship.

Yeah, think it's the norm. For example, my x is supposed to be here by 8pm today but Amazon has not even listed it as out for delivery yet.

I order stuff all the time from Amazon, I have nearly 300 orders this past year and it always updates for prime deliveries. Like on a Tuesday game delivery it will show shipped on Friday with a tracking ID and they charge my card.

Picked mine up today from GameStop. Both Walmart and target had at least 3 still available at 3pm this afternoon

These customer Service reps see the same updates you see and are basically given a set of scripted lines. They can't tell you it will ship overnight because they really have no idea. They can tell you what shipping option you selected but they can't tell you when the warehouse will ship it. You might find it weird to know many of these customer Service reps work from home and never see a bestbuy facility. One rep will say it's a shortage, the other will guarantee you will get it. They don't really know. They probably told you it was a shortage because it said sold out through their portal. I've actually seen people say reps told them the release date was pushed back. After hearing that it's no point in even talking to them.

Edit: I have to say I was questioning whether to get the Scorpio edition or standard edition for the all black, the gradiant on the Scorpio edition looks awesome. Glad I stuck with it.

I can tell I’m going to need to get an external hard drive for this console. Got a 4TB for the Pro, probably get the same for this.

I think I will use my 1TB and keep games on there that I don't play and just move games on the One X that I play all the time. That should work for a bit, and then ill buy a 4tb HD and do the same type of thing.
