    Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion

The Pinball Arcade responded back to me and they said that friends lists are coming. Hopefully that makes the first update. Zen sure has taken over around here though. I'm not sure which tables to buy first.

I actually had a dream about playing pinball last night lol. I guess its been heavy on the mind lately.

Can you guys on the PS4 Pinball Arcade check something for me? See if the top all-time leaderboard score on Arabian Nights is KingNeptune with something like 4 Trillion points (holy ****). If so then they're all connected for Pinball Arcade at least, because my PS3, Vita, and Steam Leaderboards all show that same leaderboard.

Zen does have a presence on Steam as well, only it's labeled Pinball FX2 and has different leaderboards.

Yup, KingNeptune's disgusting score on top.

I can't even imagine how he accomplished that.

I did notice that the top two are both mobile and significantly higher than the #3 score, so maybe they found a way to exploit it...

Ugh. I turned off that Near thing like 6 hours ago and have received 2 friend requests since then.

You can stop transmitting your Near info, but that won't recall what's already been sent. I wouldn't think you would get that many though, are you sure it's not people you've run across online with PS3/4?

Pretty sure. The only friends I have are from OS, my dad, and my brother-in-law.

I unchecked all the Near boxes. The only thing I can think of is changing friend requests to "Friends of friends."

I tried buying some points for MyPlayer in 2K14 and it kicked me out because it lost the connection. Now every time I boot up 2K it brings me to the create a player screen again as if my previous player never existed. Please tell me he is not gone forever: I just made the starting lineup and was getting ready to play my first game as a starter. Any ideas?

And you're not playing anything online with PS4? There's a" players met" section that shows anybody you've played online with/against. Randoms can find your psn id there and send you a fr.

2K is having server problems right now. They still are working on them as far as the last update from Ronnie. Its forcing you to make a new one because its not able to download your file from their servers.

It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.

Is there any hope that our players will be recoverable once the servers are back up or are they gone forever? I have invested a ton of time into my player and I am gonna be pissed if I have to start over.

How much VC do you have?

Okay that was wrong. Sorry. I'm sure the information is all there, they are just unable to deliver it to you right now.

Once they can, there shouldn't be any reason the data is lost unless they aren't giving the full story. I don't think it's something to be concerned with.
