So my PS4 came in today and I'm itching to go home and play it. Problem is I dont have any games for it (will get infamous when it comes out on the 21st). Anything you guys can recommend to hold me over? Not a big Madden guy and I'm worried about the VC mess with NBA 2K14. I have AC4 for the 360 (which is still hooked up).

At least give FIFA demo a try and see what you think. It's a great game, I'm just not a soccer guy myself.

I think the time for me to take the PS4 plunge has come.

Got an unexpected $700 bonus check today from work. Moved into a house with Google Fiber installed a couple weeks ago. Some of the big-name titles are just around the corner.

Still have a LOT of games I want to play on PS3 (all the Batman games, all the Bioshock games, South Park, Heavy Rain, Last of Us, etc.)... does anyone still play both a PS3 and PS4? Is it weird or difficult switching between the two, especially in the differences in controllers?

Now the only challenge becomes finding a PS4 in stock somewhere.

The only acceptable answer here is Outlast. It is no longer free, it will cost you $20. Buy it, turn off all the lights and play it.

Looking for a good external hard drive that is compatible with PS4, anyone have any suggestions? The 1TB or up range is what I'm looking for in size also

PS4 doesn't support external drives.

What's the largest internal HD capacity the PS4 supports? 1.5 TB?

Upgrading the HD will be the first thing I do when I finally get a system.

Unless you have to have it, never buy a digital game full price. Will be on sale sooner or later.

I have both my PS3 and PS4 hooked up. It's not weird at all, since the PS3 controller never bothered me. The only thing that sucks for me is that I use an optical cable for audio on both consoles, but only for one at a time. So if I want surround sound I have to switch between the two. Otherwise I just have sound coming through the TV.

Only reason I still use my PS3 is for Dark Souls 2.

Also using both PS3 and 4 and don't plan to move the 3 anytime soon. Still a couple games I want to play and still a couple I'm sure I'll want to play.

My set up is as easy as hitting input. Takes no time.

I do love the new dual shock but I've always been fine with the PS3 controller so it doesn't bother me.

PS4 doesn't support external drives.

I didn't know that, I thought you could hook up an external HD via USB, I guess I will just have to upgrade the internal HDD then, thanks

I use a receiver and TV that has ARC with 5 HDMI outputs. I didn't really realize what it could do when I bought it. But having a receiver and TV with ARC is so nice. It takes all the switch boxes out of the equation.

Anybody just watch the CPU play each other on 2k14? It's amazing how realistic it looks, especially in broadcast camera.
