I guess devs/publishers can set their own time limits though? In the Farcry 4 part of Sony's presser they said you could play for 2 hours. But maybe that's not really considered shareplay, but rather just a feature they are doing using shareplay tech.

SharePlay sounds like a cool feature. Not sure how much I'd use it, but sounds pretty cool. The 60 minute limit could be annoying though...

Will be interesting to hear how people actually like it once it's out....if it's used or not.

I got the impression FarCry is a different thing, not share play. Remember, you have to give your friends keys.

Seriously though, I'm sure whoever's PS+ PSN it's on will receive said trophy.

Maybe both but I doubt it, we'll see as that hasn't been explained yet.

Has anyone been having issues downloading games remotely from the Sony Store online recently. It used to work without issues when I first got my PS4 but the last month or so, I choose to download to my PS4 from work and it goes in my Queue and just has a waiting status. I didnt change any settings on my PS4 and like I said it used to work before. Now, it seems like my download wont start until I turn my PS4 on and once I do that the game starts to download fine. Anyone else start having this issue?

im new to ps4 but isen't that what standby mode is for? u didn't meantion that u had it in that mode u said it only start if u turned it on.


i'll check and see on mine what it does haven't had mine for long only a month.

Yeah. Sorry should have mentioned that. Mine has been in standby mode since I bought my PS4 at launch. It worked before but the last 2 months, all the games I bought from the Sony store from work didnt start until I had someone turn on my PS4 or when I turn it on. After it starts to download, I just put my PS4 back into standby mode and it completes the download and game install.

Try rebooting it. It seems like I had a standby issue a while back and once I rebooted the PS4, it fixed it.

yea just tried mine and it works fine I d/led a demo... it said d/ing on my phone and when I turned on my ps4 it was there d/ling.

Going to try to reboot my ps4 a little later on when I get home. Not a big deal but a nice feature that I utilized in the past and want to get it working again.
