Yeah, I got the fantasy one as well. I really like the ornateness of the crafting table, furnace, and storage chests.

I have decided to start a whole new save this weekend. I am still keeping my PS3 save handy if I ever want to go back to it though.

My favorite save is on the 360 which does me no good

So figured I start over.
Maybe dumping my PS3 soon. Even though I have a lot of freebies on it I'm spending less time with it. We'll see...

No I did not. Game mode makes that big a difference? Never had to use it before with previous TV sets.

I don't use game mode because my panasonic plasma has very low input lag, but from my experience game mode usually makes the picture look worse. On my older samsung TV game mode looked bad. Samsungs are infamous for having a lot of input lag. Also, the show on the ps4 has framerate problems and it has nothing to do with your tv. It's more noticeable depending on the stadium you play in.

I don't use game mode because my panasonic plasma has very low input lag, but from my experience game mode usually makes the picture look worse. On my older samsung TV game mode looked bad. Samsungs are infamous for having a lot of input lag. Also, the show on the ps4 has framerate problems and it has nothing to do with your tv. I did notice a significant drop in picture quality after switching to Game Mode. Not only was game play choppy when playing The Show with Game Mode off, but there was a white blur following the ball when in play. Also noticed significant stuttering during cut scenes when playing Madden 15.

It's pretty frustrating after spending all that money on a new TV. I can either return the TV or learn to live playings games in Game Mode. As I said before, I still have yet to calibrate the set. That alone should help some with the Game Mode downgrade in picture quality. Still very aggravated with the whole thing. TV is fantastic in every other area. Problem is I purchased the thing specifically to play PS4 on.

Yeah game mode is for keeping fps and reduced lag/input delay.

Sucks you can't use your texture packs while playing in other peoples worlds... unless there's an option I'm missing.

I am loving Madden this year, first time I have enjoyed it in years. And I have learned a lesson a lot of you have shared about other games, such as NBA2K: stay out of the forums! My God, the negativity, which IMO has been well-earned over the years, is just out of control for a game that is very damned good this year. Unreal.

Part of me agrees with a few of the negative impressions (penalties, profile save issues/having to replay the intro all the time, CPU taking sacks), part of me doesn't agree with the negativity but understands their point of view, and then part of me thinks some of the population just won't ever say Madden is good no matter what.

It's a good time. With good sliders it plays awesome against sim users, real chess match. Good game for sure.

Same here. I know Madden needs work but the level of wanting to find issues and blowing everything out of proportion is simply a way of life for some.
So tired of every thread getting bombarded by the same people who feel the need to post an essay on their vast football knowledge.. etc..

The games fun as was Atari FB, Intellivision and so on..
Just seeing where we've come and living it I can appreciate things and just have fun.

Damn sorry to hear that. I know what you're going through. That's why I got rid of my older samsung LCD. The picture quality was nice, but terrible for gaming and samsungs suffer in that area. I have a friend with a Sansung LED and it's so bad when he plays the show that almost every hit is late or foul because his tv has a lot of input lag. If I were you I'd return that tv and look into some of the new Sony LED TVs though I prefer plasmas. Almost all the 2014 models have very low input lag which will make your gaming experience a lot better.
