70% of the top 10 selling items in the Video Games section of Amazon are Sony products including the PS4 in the number 1 slot.

XboxOne is at #2. The Last of Us at #3 (only included PS4 items up top) and Animal Crossing at #6.

Seems like a positive response to Sony's conference.

Yeah, I know. But it kind of gets to the point of ridiculous now. People will claw onto anything they can, or pick out every little flaw. And obviously the age of the internet has contributed.

Agreed. Due to mainly the fact there is more rumor, speculation, information, and anonymity.

I remember when rumors were the coolest thing as a kid, because of the lack of internet, etc.

I am still waiting to see my hover-board from Back to the Future, that kids on the east coast hear rumored, that kids on the west coast in Cali had!

Exactly what I stated, and the blind comments they make about it being just as evil as what MS is planning is just lack of understanding the differences.

Been with Xbox since forever..I've been reading forums and I've come to the conclusion...I think some of the folks are just posting to get a spark out some people...they are just trolling..some of their arguments are so generic its ridiculous... it's either bots or trolls[

I don't think we're really going anywhere with the DRM conversation that we haven't already covered. So how about a slight topic change? What do you guys think of the "look" of the PS4?

I like the almost menacing appearance it has. And I'm a fan of the way they designed the fans in the back. It doesn't look TOO clunky.

If nobody buys the MS console they will have no choice in the matter but to cut the harsh DRM ****.

Which is why they will have every reason to implement makeshift DRM on Sony games just to even the playing field. MS is playing catch up and will need the help of the big Publishers to get them back including harsh DRM on PS4 as well as harsh exclusive love in favor of Xbox on multiplatform games; including the cloud.

This can end up sucking. Its all about how much of an advantage the PS4 can grab out the gates and rounding out the year mark for both consoles. If the Xbone pulls a WiiU you can say bye to nonsense DRM for a while.

Well time will tell. MS & Amazon are reporting record pre sales for the X1

Sony is up 20 cents, Microsoft is down 60 cents.

Both companies are way too big for this type of news to have much of an impact on their stock.

I like the way it looks. It is nice and sleek. Almost like a mini compact monument!

NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I now am the owner of a PS4! Paid off in full and just waiting for the bad boy to arrive.

All this debate about which is better for the gamer and for the industry was answered. Whether some choose to ignore it or try and validate their "want" for the Xbox is purely on them. All I know is I will be playing Watchdogs, The Division, Madden 25, NBA2k14, Battlefield 4, and Call of Duty Ghosts on my brand new PS4 this holiday season! If your internet goes out and you can't play your console you opted for that, if your kinect quits working and console no longer works remember you opted for that also, and lastly if you want to borrow a game to try it out but can't, be reminded you chose that too!!

At the end of the day more people will be rocking PS4! I'm no Nostradamus, but I'd put a lot of money down if I was a betting man!

For those wondering, PS+ is definitely worth the cost. In two years+ of being a member, for $100, I've probably gotten close to, if not more than, $500 worth of free games and extras. I just got Sleeping Dogs for free a couple weeks ago. It pays for itself within a month or two, typically, unless you don't like to download any digital media from PSN.

Thus far have pre-ordered BF4 and Watch Dogs at launch (since I assume they both are launch titles). I was hoping The Division would be a launch title but it doesn't look like it will. Probably going to hold off on any EA Sports games until the next cycle ('15).

Plus I believe they said PS+ subscribers get Drive Club for free at launch, which is incredible.
