Cant decide between PS4 Slim or PS4 Pro.


Want to Upgrade.

No 4k TV yet either.

Have Xbox One S.

Have considered 4k but need a good one with good motionblur in order to really beat my current set up.

Most 4k tv with Motion interpolation on 30fps and 60fps are in the 2000 range when your talking 65 inch.

The PS4 slim is 299 for a 500GB. TBH I would save an extra $100 and get the PS4 pro with 1TB for $399. Your next TV is guaranteed to be 4K anyway.

I would get the pro only 100 more is not really that much and then you will have the added benefits for when you do get a 4k TV and I think some games may look better on the pro even with out a 4k TV. You talk about a 65 inch 4K TV. So is the current TV you have a 1080p 65 inch TV then? Or are you smaller then that but wanting to go bigger?

55 samsung led that has motion interpolation on 30/60fps. and has really good motion blur in general. basically what i mean by saying this is this. right now currently if a game is LOCKED at 30fps it LOOKS like a pc game running in 60fps with the motion interpolation . if i have a game
LOCKED in 60fps is LOOKS like a PC game running above 60. Its quite nice and im happy with the set up but i KNOW getting the same result froma 4k tv WILL cost...

Oh I have a 37 inch 720p upscale 1080p TV from 2007 and I want to upgrade to like around a 4k 50-55 inch TVfor around 1000. When it comes to 60 or 30 FPS I think it doesn't matter. 30 or 60 FPS it looks 100% the same to me and I think a lot of people can not tell the difference.

I got a Sony X800D, 43" for under $700. 49" I think was about $800. I've loved it so far. Really good ratings for videogames from rtings.com

I own a PS4 Slim and a regular PS4. I bought the Slim mainly for travel, with the added benefit of improved wifi for my man cave. Outside of that I wouldn't consider the Slim an "upgrade". If mobility isn't a concern and you're truly wanting an upgraded console, spend the extra $100 and get the Pro.

I bought the same TV for $650 via Best Buy. For the price, it's rated as the best 4K HDR TV via rtings.com. A few other sites rate it high as well.

Unless an awesome Sony or Samsung 120hz 4K HDR TV that has 12 bit, 1000+ nits and has full array comes out early 2017, this will be my TV for the next few years.

The DS4 I've had now for 1.5 years is sadly starting to die on me...when I move up on the LS it only registers at like a 50% clip (like I'm halfway pressing up when I'm actually pushing the LS as far up as possible).

I'd love to resell it back to Gamestop but my sweaty hands pretty much makes this thing worth trash.

It's funny. I remember trading in an original PS to Gamestop that was near fried. Even an Xbox barely repairs for RRD. But when it comes to accessories it's like they do a 1000 point inspection before trade in. Either way you barely get anything for it.

I just spent about $40 on twelve Zen Pinball 2 tables. God someone help me.

Tables used to be $2.49, but now they fluctuate so much. A pack of three tables cost $9.99 from what I purchased.

Very fun game though. Now I have 67 tables that have unfortunate cost me well over $150. They sure know how to get a gamer's money, lol.

Tables used to be $2.49, but now they fluctuate so much. A pack of three tables cost $9.99 from what I purchased.

Very fun game though. Now I have 67 tables that have unfortunate cost me well over $150. They sure know how to get a gamer's money, lol.

Pinball Arcade is even better, cause it recreates real tables. It's not cheap, but it's worth it if you love pinball

It's not the only reason a lot of people believe Rockstar will release a new Red Dead game.



Time will tell
