Just opened up the DS4, I picked up today. I like that it feels "heavier" than the DS3 I still wish it felt heavier. Really like how it extends further into my palm which is a plus for me. I think I am going to really enjoy having the audio jack on the controller.

Yo Yo Yo, I definitely, don't want anyone in my real life know I play games. If I try to explain it they just look at me sideways, so I just gave up.

I used to hide my gaming too. But I got older and gaming became more accepted and finally I just said screw it. I don't talk about it to people I know couldn't care less about it, that would be rude. Hell, I myself have been on the receiving end of conversations with over zealous gamers and it gets really awkward. I don't want to be that guy.

But my wife accepts my hobby, though she gets jealous of the time it can eat up. My buddies know I game and if they don't understand, they don't make me feel weird about it. I am the same way with their hobbies such as hunting. My parents don't get it and think it's silly I am sure but I am 47 years old and they still think I am a great son and father, so it's all good.

I feel the same way. I'm 36 yrs old, married with a kid on the way. I wish someone would say **** to me about my hobby. Especially with the number of people out here who have really lame hobbies.

While I am not ashamed that I game(both my family and Wife's family know I love to do it) I'll just say that in my secondary line of work(sports writer) I do not need certain individuals seeing that I had 24 headshots in BF4 on my Facebook or Twitter account.

Yeah, I don't have a problem chatting with people about it. My wife knows I like to game, though with a kid on the way as well my gaming time has dropped a lot lately.

IMO it's cheaper than people who get trashed multiple nights on the weekend....And healthier.

At the same point though I don't post tons of stuff on Facebook either, but that's more because I'm a more private person in general. I have a few OS'ers as FB friends so I'll comment when they post stuff.

IMO gaming isn't just kiddie anymore.

My wife doesn't trip too much about me playing video games once I said "I could be out drinking and hanging out" She actually gets upset that I only play sports games, especially when she sees commercials for games like AC4.

I'm 46, getting both new consoles, and my wife is ok with it mainly because I am paying for them with money from my second job and tons of trade-ins. She doesn't mind my gaming too much as long as it doesn't cut into time with her. Heck, she has bought a few games for me. She is 38 and loves Barbies. And I don't give her a hard time either, in fact, if I see one I think she would like, I buy it for her. Whatever helps a person take a break from the harsh realities of life, and doesn't hurt anyone, is OK by me. I know my wife would much rather I stay home and play games than go out to bars with my buddies.

As for advertising my love of games to other people around my age, I typically hold off until I figure they like them too or are not judgemental. I have many younger friends due to gaming. I meet guys at the gym all the time in their 20s who love games.

I mostly talk about books and sports with men my age.

I just saw an ad scan on another website where target is having by to get one free on all PS4 Launch titles the first day they sell the system. I am getting Xbox 1 Myself but maybe that will help you guys out.

No joke. I just went from getting two games, to possibly four. I was originally just gonna do Battlefield and FIFA, but now I may add 2K14 and Killzone.
