Just got an email from Best Buy that my DS4 will be available to pick up tomorrow (11/6). Also from Best Buy, FIFA, Madden and ACIV release dates are now 11/8. Only one that hasn't changed yet is NBA2K. I'm starting to get excited about this...

Through Redbox, that way there is no monthly commitment to pay so you can just spend money when you like..

yes...but if you want it longer...you can have the game via gamefly. Although i dont have any experience using gamefly. For those who rent their games thru gamefly, is this a good site? Any bad experiences?

If games are coming out earlier I wonder if people will get the system and not be able to find the game they wanted to buy??

Plus I wonder if the Target stock will be sold out of some games by the time the sale kicks in?

I just cancelled my gamefly membership. The turnaround was much slower than netflix. Like If I put a game in the mail on Monday, they wouldn't typically note having received it until Friday or Saturday. Same thing with shipping from them. Seems like things took an extra two days both ways, which I have a suspicion they do on purpose. Also, I pretty much never got a new release game shipped to me. And once they are gone, new releases stay with low availabilty for at least a couple of weeks, so good luck getting a copy shipped to you. The only time I got a new release shipped to me was when I sent an e-mail to their customer service threatening to cancel because nothing was being shipped. Then magically the next day, here comes a game after sitting in the queue for two weeks. Hmmm.

I could see the service being fine if you are the type that plays or wants to play almost every game that is out, but for people like me with limited time who only want to play the premier titles, their shipping/inventory model as it stands leaves a lot to be desired.

This is the reason why I cancelled my gamefly membership a while back as well. It was the time it would take for me to receive a game. Also, being married with 2 kids it would take me a long time to finish a game that the monthly membership fee would cost more than the actual game is worth since I would have the game for more than a month.

Hoping to pick up one of the extras in stock on Release Day. Also preordered NBA 2k, Battlefield 4, will prob pick up COD, maybe Madden. With the release getting here fast, my patience is non existent.

It doesn't come with it. I bought a micro USB via Amazon for $5 and it's 6'

The DS4 that comes with the system comes with a charger cord though, right? If so, anyone know how long they are?

I just ordered that. $3.00 and not shipping, why not? The extra length means I won't have to worry about setting close to the TV while charging.

One other odd question – Anyone know how long the HDMI coming with the PS4 is?
