Why would you? Look at all the people who are trading in games towards their systems. Until digital is substantially cheaper from day 1, I will never go that route. It makes no economic sense.

I agree that Killzone will probably be the highest reviewed launch title followed by 2k and maybe FIFA. Killzone and 2k seem like "must haves"

I got like 35 cents today for Madden 07. I'm not too concerned about my trade in value for Madden 25. I get my money's worth and the convenience will outweigh the 6 bucks they'd give me for it in 9 months.

All managers and supervisors got an email saying not to price match the Target B2G1 deal, at Best Buy that is. You cannot get mad at people for doing what they are told to do. Best Buy policies have nothing to do with the manager/supervisor that makes the call. If the manager or supervisor said no, then well, they're doing what they're told, and myself, as a supervisor, won't price match the bundle as well because I won't put my job in jeopardy over a game. It sucks, but that's the way it is sometimes. Now, if you can get an employee to say they'll match it, then you're set

I am really glad that the Best Buy where I went and got the deal didn't get the supposed e-mail you are talking about. The manager there said he was aware of the Target deal and that he would honor it as long as Target had the games in stock and was selling them.

We got it at like 11:55 this morning. So someone who doesn't check their email often would have missed it. Hopefully y'all can still get it, but it might be more difficult after that email is read and spread throughout stores. Worth a shot I guess.

Hey guys I wanna create a new psn account just for my ps4 BUT, I wanna use an email account that I've used in the past. Basically, can we create a new psn name using an existing email? I don't wanna have to create a new email just for this..

My issue is I called before and was told yes it would be matched and when in store was told yes that they would match. This was in the middle of the afternoon and the email had already been received and read. After they had gone in the back and pulled the games I wanted, walked to register, another member of mgmt said no. To be told twice yes by a member of management and then denied is terrible customer service. Between this and an issue with a product replacement plan is why I will no longer go to Best Buy. Yet they want to know why they are struggling so bad.

You can't have multiple psn ids attached to the same email address.

You may be able to change the email address attached to your current psn which would free it up to be used to attach to your new psn.

You have to realize why they won't match this deal. First off, bundles like this use vendor kickback to receive money to compensate for the discounted price. If Best Buy decides to match the deal, they lose 60$ that they won't get back. Also, if they break policy and match it, then red flags go to corporate. It sucks that you were told that the deal would be honored, but this gaming launch is really making management cut down on price matching deals like this. If this was current gen games only, then this deal would be matched guaranteed. Either way, if you were told the deal was going to be honored, it should have been honored. Also, to judge a company on one store seems a bit silly. One poor managed store is going to happen, I'm sure there's many. Oh, and read some news articles, we're doing jussst fine.

Yes, this is exactly how it was explained to me. I paid mine off a week after I preordered, but I still have to come in after 6pm Thursday to get my final receipt. Then show up at 11:55(ish) and assume my place in line. Then you come in in order and they hand you your bag with all your items in it. Then I check my waistband heading out the door, just in case there's some funny biz lol.

Good to know. Didn't see the manager of my local gamestop where I have my ps4 preordered today, but I did ask one of the associates there and he told me they we're doing exactly what you said. I too have mine paid off in full from day one so I was wondering if they would give me my line number before Thursday. I think I'll go in on Tuesday when I pick up AC4 and BF4 and ask this. If not, not a big deal. Gonna show up a little before 6 pm on Thursday and get my receipt and ordered finalized.

Quick question, does Walmart allow you to put electronics on layaway? If I camp out for a non-preordered ps4 and I get one, can i put it on lay away? My cousin wants a ps4, just started his job and doesn't get his first check until the Friday after release.. I wanna do him a favor..
