I had these for the PC and surprisingly they work on the PS4 quite nice, chat and game audio works perfectly.

Yup. I've heard a few of the Logitech PC headsets work very well with the PS4. I've also heard some that don't. The problem is that we don't have an official list of headsets that will be supported. At this point I'm just relying on companies that say their headsets will work with the PS4. It would be great if the Logitech G headsets worked officially, but as of right now, we're getting mixed reviews and nothing official from Logitech or Sony.

Another possible solution for those that don't care about chat capabilities and have a nice set of headphones is to buy a headphone amp and just hook straight into the PS4. I just abandoned using my Pulse's and am using my Fiio E09K Amp with my Beyerdynamic DT880 premiums and just plugging in directly to the optical port in the back of the PS4 and its working great. I personally would much rather give up chat for better sound.

The game sounds come through the headset as well. They're much better than the chat only ear bud that comes with the system.

Having a headset that plays game and chat audio is far superior than using your TV speakers and a chat bud. You can hear a lot. If you're into shooters and online play, it will change the way you play the game.

I have a Turtle Beach X12 headset and a Turtle Beach PX5 headset. Unless I'm talking to someone that's sitting next to me, I don't play without them. That's the one reason why I'm not chatting online right now. I'm not going to take them off for some ear bud.

I would agree.. I have the turtle beach p11 and although it's not 5.1 surround it still has very good sound playing BF4 on PS3. I change sound settings to headphones and stereo in game and I can hear distinct sounds that give me an advantage as opposed of just letting the sound come through my awesome home entertainment surround system on war tapes. I would say headphones is far greater than ear piece especially if your into online shooters... .

Anyone know when War Thunder drops in the U.S.? I watched a couple of people play it on PS4 Live last night and it reminds me a lot of Crimson Skies. Seems like it might be an alright free game.

It was supposed to be out on 11/29 along with Escape Plan and flow, but none of them were put out then. Escape Plan is on "the drop" for tomorrow, but the other two were omitted.

Maybe they'll be the free titles for December?

I think I read Knack was bundled with the system. Not sure if that would effect those numbers. Either way I have not played it. Is it any good for those of you who have?

Yes, unless they require an accessory like Skylanders (that's probably the only one). They're all full retail, Amazon has a PSN store though that has already had some titles on sale. I bought Lego Marvel for PSN download for $40.

I went into a Gamestop this morning around 10 to pick up a used copy of NBA 2k and the girl behind the counter told me they had like 10 PS4 consoles for the taking. Passed.

FINALLY Amazon shipped my charging station for the DS4's. It's been back ordered for weeks, and actually still is. What a pain to get these things. I had a $15 credit though that I had to use so I had to go through Amazon.

Finally everything I wanted to purchase has been purchased.

Let me tell you I fell out of love with console gaming for the past year or so, doing mostly PC gaming which i still do but the PS4 has brought me back. There has not been a day I haven't played the thing since I got it on launch day. And my lack of sleep reflects it. Damn I'm tired!
