Bar certainly set very high, overall a pretty good presser. A little light in titles in hindsight but the functionality is exceptional and that is more important to me than most of the video they could have shown.

If anything some of the early stuff felt rushed through, he pulled that controller out of air and it was gone almost as quickly.

WTF? why did they have an event and NOT show the console or say the price??? It is almost like they got wind of an xbox unveiling soon and wanted to be them to the punch....but were not fully ready.

Nobody giving Game Developers Conference any love! I'll be in San Fran for GDC in March, so hopefully the console reveal will happen there.

Other than Watch Dogs...

Pretty much as far as games. I'm sure E3 will be better.

Can't wait to see what Microsoft busts out. Exciting times for us all.

This conference was just what I expected. Too early for price news, The Vita got the PS4 connectivity we knew it would have, and a few games and concepts was shown off to demo the hardware.

Would have liked to see the console and price, but I understand why they didn't do it. They have GDC and E3 to fill with content. Gotta get people to keep watching.

As far as sports games, EA probably figures selling this years games for this gen is more important at this actual point in time. Just a thought.

So I'm confused by the remote play with the Vita.

Why would I turn on my PS4, insert a game and then walk away to play it on my Vita?

That sounds absolutely stupid so I'm sure I'm missing how this really works.

I believe that if you wanted to play a game...and knew you were going to be somewhere else...you can remotely start the PS4....play the game in the drive or any of them on your PS4 and play it from where you are.

Capcom looked good. Others were okay. Not sure why they brought Blizzard on stage as that was a waste. Seemed like they were grasping at the end. If specs are true it is not that leap we all had hoped for. Rumor is circulating now that both Xbox 720 and PS4 will have the same technology.
