If you sell the PS4 for more than $399 USD, you're legally obligated to pay taxes on the overage. But hey, if you want to stiff the government, that's cool. I'm glad y'all made it known...

I'm surprised companies haven't started limiting the number of consoles people can preorder. They charge for everything else.

I believe BB and GS all say 1 per person.
People just use different family members etc.. to grab what they can.

I'm sure you've paid taxes on everything you've ever sold for a profit in your entire life. Nobody has said anything about "stiffing" the government except you. Supply and demand. You think this is the first time someone will buy something only to sell at a profit because someone else is willing to over pay?

Nobody is ripping anyone off or falsely advertising. The only people who will buy a Ps4 for more than $399 USD are the people who can afford it. And there will be plenty of them. After you purchase yours, you're free to do what you want.

Trust me it's going to tear me up to see it and not be able to rip open the box and play that second.

Same for me. There's nothing exclusive to PS4 at launch that I need to play. I could wait 2 months or so and then pick up another.

I'd just end up picking up BF4 and Watch Dogs on the PC and continue playing NHL 14 on the 360.

Also, GS has a list of the games available at launch. Not sure how accurate it is, but the list is there.

LOL. Why would paying taxes prevent me from selling a ps4? You report it as income and you pay anywhere from 15-30% on your income. Lets say I sell the ps4 for around a grand on launch day. Thats a 600 buck profit. Worse case scenario 180 of that goes to the government. I still almost paid off my own ps4 with the profit.

I wonder if games like GTA V will be available through Gaikai next year. I wish they had the option of downloading PS games straight to the HDD as well. I have a feeling that we'll have to subscribe to Gaikai as well - I don't think it'll just come with PS+.

My biggest dilemma with the games is to buy in PC or Ps4. The sports games are obvious since there's hardly anyone who develops sports games for PC. But Bf4, Watchdogs etc have me in a predicament.

That is the dilemma all of us PC gamers run into. Most of us only own consoles for sports games and console exclusives. Watchdogs is an interesting case thought since the PS4 specifically gets an extra hour of gameplay.

The only game I want right now is The Order: 1866. The rest of the release titles are meh in my opinion.

I need to go in tomorrow and get Battlefield 4 reserved. I thought I did already but I was mistaken as I reserved a second controller.
Not even sure I need a second controller since I pretty much play alone at home. So may just switch 2nd controller to BF4.
Also need Watchdogs

Is anyone getting Killzone?

I was going to Randy, but think I am going to pass. I will already have BF4 and watchdogs as non sports games and the four sports launch titles - so probably going to pass on Killzone this time.

I think the PS4 will only stream PS3 games through Gaikai versus being able to browse PSN and download games like we can do now. I hope I'm wrong, but that's my understanding of everything.
