Finally decided on Battlefield 4 and Watchdogs at launch. Got 'em both paid off, now for the waiting game...always hate this part.

My PS3 is blinking a red light.

I lost 4 XBOX 360'S to the Red Ring, I'm proud to say I have lost 0 PS3

I don't know I hope that is the date. Don't know if you have seen it, but a retail store manager stated he had seen a paper with a Sony console release date of October 21st or at least the week of. If that is correct it would be awesome. But like you stated the problem is that would be before some of the launch titles we know about.

I'm trying not to take that as anything more than a rumor right now. A lot of people are picking up on it but I don't want to get my hopes up.

I just hope the launch is in October. No one is off at all in October (at least right now) so whatever the day is, I'll be able to take off. As soon as it's announced tomorrow, if it is, I plan on taking off. Unless it's released before a game I want is out. Main game I am getting is BF4 and possibly Watch Dogs.

If PS4 releases on Oct 21st, maybe the release day for those games will be moved up.
