I know I'm stating the obvious but Gamestop is the worst company. I tried to trade in my 80GB PS3 to apply to some ps4 games and they offered me $30. LOL. The guy tried to act like that was the best deal I could get. I then pulled out my phone and showed him that Amazon is paying $100 for that same console.

I'll never buy a game from them again.

They just hit me with the same thing but for a 360. The lady even sighed when I said what it was.

Best Buy gave me $90 for an old white HDMI 360, 1 black controller (have 2 but I left one at home by accident), and the standard power cords. No hassle or nothing. I'm going to try to sell all of my accessories on ebay.

Really? I got a call today from GameStop telling me that call of duty will be ready for pickup on Tuesday ( Monday at midnight). I'm not going to go at midnight since I only preordered the ps4 version so I'll wait until Tuesday at lunch to pick it up. If nba 2k14 is there I'll pick it up as well.

Was able to snag a Solution a Bundle on Walmart with an extra controller and NBA 2k14!!! Says it will arrive between the 18th-21st I'm so happy def can't wait!!!

Thinking about throwing a little PS4 party less than 10 people have everybody over and experience the greatness!!! I play on a 42" normally but could hook it up to the 70inch in the basement have food & drinks pretty decent idea right???

- An OS moderator
- An off-duty police officer
- Electronics expert, of course
- Explosions expert, also of course
- A Best Buy employee
- Acid's sister, for diversion purposes
- Two precision drivers (now I just sound like Vin Diesel)
- A helicopter pilot... and bring your helicopter please
- Somebody to finance all this

We'll be playing in no time if we plan all of this the right way.

My PS4 is paid off as is my reservations for NBA 2K14, FIFA 14 and Battlefield 4. I already have Killzone sitting on my shelf at the house, I have Knack, Madden 25 and Assassins Creed 4 in my Gamefly queue and I have that Friday off. I am officially as ready as I can be for the PS4 launch.

Decided NOT to take Friday off; UPS deliveries used to always be around noon but now since have changed to 5 or later. Still a chance it can come at noon but don't want to waste a day off just waiting around for it. Might just skip lunch and go home around 1ish instead. Still not happy GF's birthday is 11/18. Talk about terrible timing. lol

Finally pre-ordered and paid in full three games.

Going with NBA 2K14, Assassin's Creed IV, and Battlefield 4.

I have never played AC or BF. But I like the open sea pirate theme a lot and it's about time I get serious about online gaming with some people here because I dropped the ball on GTA Online.

So let's blow up tanks or whatever it is we can do in Battlefield. But you have to do me a favor: do not yell into my ear too much when I die repeatedly or miss a target standing in front of me. I'm not very good at these games.

I just like that it's supposedly realistic.

I have a similar predicament, although I do have options. I'm going to the Alabama/Mississippi State game in Starkville on Saturday (thanks to a fellow OSer hooking me up with tickets) and more than likely I will leave Friday night and not come back until Sunday. Therefore, if I want to squeeze any time in before I head to the game, then it will have to be during the day on Friday.

I have two PS4's pre-ordered - One from Amazon and one from Best Buy. More than likely the one from Amazon will come late Friday afternoon which wouldn't give me a whole lot of game time on that particular day. Also, I'm nervous about it sitting on my back porch all day, so I do kind of want to take off. Of course, I'd hate to take full day off and not be able to take full advantage of it, especially since I only get 10 vacation days a year.... If BB has a midnight release then I could pick it up at midnight (or possibly when they open Friday) and play all day, but it would end up costing me $30-35 more, although that's not a big deal.

Target's B2G1 deal also plays a factor in this, depending on when the sale starts. BB seems way more enticing and I'm leaning towards it right now, but it's going to be a "Game Time Decision"..... Literally.
