Yeah, the "gaming" side of the Xbox One didn't really appeal to me within their overall presentation of the system. I'm sure it will be a clever and useful multimedia hub and pass-through device, but that doesn't really interest me.

Seeing the uncut, hands-on demo IGN posted with the Xbox UI leads me to believe I made the correct decision.

Although, I may get one in the future.

Also Bob let me know how the warranty process goes. I will probably bite the bullet on the Amazon one also if it works for you and your Gamestop Console.

Did the best buy trade in and got rid of one of our 360s.
They didn't even hook it up. Lol

Even though I'm "all" in on the PS4 at this point I still can't make myself get rid of my 360 for three reasons

1) The 360 is in my BR now and HBOGo and the 360 is wayyyyy better than what Cox has on HBO (for both movies and series').

2) I'm still running my OS NCAA OD here and I have a feeling even when it ends I may want to play NCAA in the future. With no new game on the horizon, then this is my only option. I still need to finish GTA V too.

3) Couch Co-op games. This has always been my favorite mode from when I was a wee lad playing Contra with my brother to now playing games like Halo and Gears of War with my wife. If there was one area (game-wise) where the 360 really stood out from the PS3 this was it, in my opinion. Plus, my wife still loves playing Guitar Hero. I know if she's have a bad day to to throw on GH and pop open a bottle of wine and all will be good with the world. Sadly, I think couch co-op game are dying out and that's depressing to me.

To me it's just not worth it to sell the older Halo and Gears games that I have for a dollar or two each, you know?

Also, I'm keeping my PS3 mainly just replace an old BR player I have in my living room. My The Walking Dead series is on the PS3, so I definitely won't get rid of it before that ends and by the time that is I'm sure it won't be worth that much anyway.

I was playing the FIFA demo last night and it went red. Since I had just charged it, I freaked out. Turns out it was just because I was in extra time. I thought that was pretty cool (once I stopped freaking out).

Is it possible it has that controller linked as the second controller? In linked order they light up accordingly: Controller 1)Blue, 2)Red, 3)Green and 4)Pink.

Some games have it red. It is red when I play fifa. Blue when I play BF4 and NBA 2k.

The color is nothing more than to indicate which user you are. In some games player 1 is red, in others its blue. If you have a a few controllers turn them all on and each will have a different color depending on the game. Makes identifying who you are easier. Or so they say.

really itching to get fifa but I have no clue on the intricacies of the game. The loaning of players etc etc I get totally lost.
