I picked up the game today and installed it... Didn't seem to take any longer then usual for me.

How long would you say it took? I've been going about an hour, at 48% and it's doing the seek thing again.

Just leave it alone... It takes a while to install.. You can start playing the game while it is installing. It has to install as well as download the updates..

Would you guys recommend the digital dl of NBA 2K 14?...49 bucks @ Amazon

I love nba 2k14 its the game I mostly play. Just stay off the 2k forum! You would think this is the worst nba game made reading some the stuff they say. But to me its the best basketball game I played and it screams next gen.

Hour and a half later, 59%. At this rate it'll be done in a little under 6 more hours.

The initial install after I inserted the disc took maybe 5 minutes... Then after that it did 15 minutes more of installing, then I was able to play after that.

Yeah for some of us at launch though it took us a long time to DL. Its not really unusual
