Reading up on that Quick Count in The Show, it looks like well be able to get through multiples games within a day without having to sit there for hours.

Sounds like just PS3 titles for now. From Eurogamer:
Backwards compatibility is coming to PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Now is only part of the story. A well-placed source working with Sony's streaming service reveals that only PlayStation 3 titles are currently scheduled to use the "gameplay over IP" cloud service. PS1 and PS2 titles are set to follow the more conventional route of running locally under emulation on Sony's latest console - but with the possibility of HD visual enhancements.Comment

There is no "European email" they use the same services we do; Gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc. All you have to do is use any email and when signing up for a psn account with that email, enter in a European address instead of your typical address. Google the postal code for like London or something.

Unless sony has changed it with the release of ps4, they do not send a verification email or anything. You can just button mash the email and throw on a @gmail.com and it'll work. If you want access to that account though like recovering it in the future for possibly other European exclusives, just make a new email account on any service and use that email. It only takes a few minutes.
